I quickly reached the platform as i heard the announcement of my train.
Everyone was waiting with their bags, some of them were running to reach their expected coach.
Everyone was in hurry, but i was steadily waiting, feeling every moment of my journey.

I heard the sound, it was the train.
It finally arrived to take us to our goal.
Everyone started getting up on the train.

I never feel assured while getting up on trains until i see my destination written in block letters on the outer side.

"Ernakulam, yes it was there. "

I felt relieved.

I quickly got up on the train with my yellow bag pack and a blue trolley bag. They were not heavy as i only carried my clothes and very few essential things.

Fortunately i got a lower seat. I was extremely elated. I kept my bags on the seat to take a break.

"Wait, i think i am forgetting something. " i screamed.

"Oh shit! Where is my food bag? " i panicked.

I looked out of the window. It was there, lying on the platform near the door.
I quickly got off the train as there was enough time left for the train to start.

I grabbed it quickly.

I looked up as i saw another hand on my bag.

"excuse me?" I asked

"Oh sorry! I saw you leaving this bag here so i was trying to help you. " he said with a gentle smile on his face.

I looked at him, He was a good looking guy, wearing an olive green t shirt, black jeans with black sneakers. He was not exactly brown but a shade lighter than that. His face was covered with a nice beard. His classic spiked fade haircut highlighted his facial features.

"Oh okay Thanks. " I replied while looking straight into his hazel brown eyes.

I quickly returned to my seat with the food bag that my mother forcefully handed me.

A mother does things differently than others. No matter how old you get, they never stop loving you. Cooking is one of their ways of showing love and concern.

I silently adjusted everything. I kept my trolley bag under the seat.
My coach was almost empty, i wanted to keep my bag on the upper seat but i wasn't tall enough to do so. I surely needed help.

I was expecting a crowded train, but it was completely opposite. There were very few people.

After fixing everything that i could, I took out my phone to take the first picture of my trip.

I looked myself in the front camera.

I have a light skin so my face looked kind of blushed because of the continuous walking.

I have up turned brown eyes and naturally pink lips.

I have dark brown hair with a fringe haircut.
My hair was all messed up so i adjusted my fringes with my hand and tied my hair into a messy bun.

I was dressed very casually, A simple turtle neck grey t shirt and blue denims. I was also wearing a black sling bag to keep my necessary things close to me.

Suddenly my eyes fell on a guy. He was staring at me.

It was the same guy i met outside. He was sitting just next to my seat.

"Why he is staring at me? Am i looking too weird? Is he a creep?"

My mind was full of mixed thoughts. It happens when you travel alone for the very first time. You don't like strangers staring at you.

"He looks quite decent, he doesn't look like a creep. I think i should not judge anyone so soon. "

"Do you want to keep your bags on the upper seat?"

"Yes" I replied very hesitantly.
"But that seat doesn't belong to me."
"Well i think nobody has booked upper seats. The train is quite empty."

"Okay" i said and got up to help him but before i could do anything, he already placed my bag pack on the upper seat.

"Thank you so much" i said and he looked at me with a smile on his face.

After that he placed his own bags beside mine.
He also kept his trolley bag on the opposite side of the seat.

Meanwhile, he called someone.
"Hello! I am sitting on my seat. Where are you? When are you coming?"

"He sounds so concerned, i think he's talking to his girlfriend. I think he really loves her." I babbled in my head.

Meanwhile another guy approached to his seat, he greeted him with a wide smile and a bear hug.

"Bro i was waiting for you." He remarked to the other guy.

"Oh! So it was him. I am so dumb."

They both sat on the seat and started talking as if they didn't care about anyone in the train. They were deeply involved in talking with each other. It was clearly visible that they were meeting after really long.

I love those friendships where you don't talk everyday, where you don't meet for months but these things doesn't affect your friendship.

"I miss my best friend. I hope she's enjoying in the wedding." I thought and started looking outside the window.

Both of them were talking so loudly that they sneaked my attention every now and then. The guy who helped me was sitting in the middle on the opposite side of the seat.
I saw him switching sides with the guy who arrived late. he was now on the window side, just opposite me.

They both stopped talking for a while.

"The train will start in 5 minutes." He said in a very low voice that only i could hear him as i was sitting close to him. The other guy could not hear it as his voice was not audible enough.

I didn't know what to respond so i gave him a blank look.

My sister's name flashed on my screen. It was a call from her, i quickly pressed the slid to answer her call.

"Hello" i said.

"Hey, how's everything? Did you reach the station. "

"Yes, i am sitting on the train, it will start in five minutes. I am really so excited for my first ever solo trip." I said in an utterly excited manner. I totally forgot that there were two or more people sitting with me.

"Well, i am also very excited for you. Don't forget to send me your each and every details."

"Yes, sure. Bye"

"Bye"

I hung up the call.

The other guy was not there but his bags were lying on the seat.

It looked like the guy who helped me earlier was trying to initiate a conversation with me again.

I wasn't sure so i ignore it and continued looking outside.
