Narrative

Lavender and Beau sat down on the couch in the living room listening to Mikayla, Cassie, and Mariah tell them what happened.

"YOU DID WHAT?!" Beau yelled, scrunching his face up.

Lavender sat back in the chair in deep thought. She couldn't believe Mikayla exposed them like that. I mean they know Mikayla meant no harm but they didn't know if they could trust these Cullens or not.

"So, let me get this straight. Not, only did you put animal blood in the pies but y'all had dinner with them, and told them who we were?" Beau shook his head in disbelief, "Kay, how could you do that? I know you have good judgement but I don't know if I trust this." Beau said, making Mikayla Frown.

"I kinda agree. How do we know they won't go to the volturi? Or try to use you for your abilities? Just because they are like us doesn't mean that automatically makes them trust worthy." Lavender said.

"Look, y'all, I know we all have a hard time trusting people. All we've had is each other. But, we can't live in fear that someone is gonna hurt us. And, I know when it comes to that we can protect ourselves. But, all I'm asking is to give them a chance." Mikayla said, looking between everyone.

After a moment of silence Cassie speaks up, "you want us to give them a chance but I don't like how that rude ass heffa was talking." Mikayla laughed and shook her head, making Cassie scowl at her. "It ain't funny." She said, flippered through the channels.

"Cassie, she has a hard time trusting people just like y'all do. So, I don't hold what she said against her. And, no i don't think it's a race thing. I just don't think she likes people period." Cassie rolled her eyes and looked back at Mikayla.

"Fine. You wanna give them a chance be my guest but they got one time to fuck up. They can try some slick shit if they want to, and imma be more angrier than a redneck with mixed grandchild." She said, glaring at the tv.

They looked at her with a "wtf" expression except for Beau who did nothing but laugh and nod agreeing.
