Yotsuba, with her head down, moved like a bullet as she passed the first person in front of her.

Rito:"Wow, she's even faster than when we raced."

Itsuki:"Go, Yotsuba!"

Nino began to run towards where Miku had fallen, but she was stopped.

Nino:"W-What!?"

Itsuki:"It's fine. Look, her teammates are helping her get up."

Miku was getting help from her classmates as she was coughing uncontrollably.

Nino:"That idiot, she pushed herself too much."

Itsuki:"I'm sure that's what she wanted, even if it hurt her. But, let's focus on Yotsuba now. Miku wouldn't like it if we kept worrying about her."

Nino:"F-Fine..."

Raiha:"Yotsuba-san sure is fast, she's already in second place."

Nino:"Huh!?"

In the small window of time they had looked away, Yotsuba had already surpassed the next runner.

Rito:"Now that's top form! Much better than the other one."

Fuutarou:"You mind shutting up for a second?"

Rito:"Right, right. But you can't deny that that sister, what she's capable of, is impressive. A real prodigy, shame she turned down my offer."

Yotsuba begins to close in on the final runner.

"She's so fast!"

Yotsuba is now running alongside first place.

Itsuki:"Just a little more!"

Nino:"Make them eat dirt!"

Miku:"She's doing great. But,Yotsuba...What's wrong?"

Yotsuba:[...I hate this.]

Fuutarou:[She's really good at this...No wonder everyone in her club looks up to her. But there's something weird about it...Hm?]"Hey, you."

Fuutarou:"When you two raced, was she looking down the whole time?"

Rito began to ponder.

Rito:"Yeah, thinking about it, she was. I thought she was just focusing on beating me. She didn't do that when she was jogging."

With everyone's cheers drowning out any further analysis, Fuutarou could only watch as Yotsuba passed by the final runner, securing first place. Despite being amazing at it, he couldn't bring himself to cheer for her.

Miku:"...Her mood is way different than when we jogged together."

With that, Yotsuba passed with a healthy lead. As the rest of the class went to congratulate her, she simply responded with a hearty smile.
