Isanari:"Alright!"

A certain blonde high school man was standing over the knocked out bodies of other students. Bleeding, he was screaming at his victory. Behind him was a serious and stoic man with a bowl cut and a pair of glasses. It was Maruo, who would eventually become a father to the quintuplets.

Maruo:"What do you think you're doing, Uesugi?"

Isanari:"Yo, Mr. President. You want to be a doctor, right? How about you fix me up? I've got some cuts on me from pummeling those guys."

Maruo:"The only thing you're getting is an appointment to the principal's office."

Isanari:"Gah! What a pain."

As Isanari was getting scolded by the principal, Maruo overheard his homeroom teacher talking to another, that teacher being Rena Nakano.

Rena:"You say this is the third time he's done this?"

"Correct, he said that for his last year, he wants to be the strongest student in the entire school district, so he's been going to different schools to fight whoever he can. He's nothing but a loose cannon."

Rena:"Well, we should always give them a chance. I had a student in a similar situation last year and she changed quite a bit for the better. Oh, it seems someone wants to come in."

Maruo reveals himself, attempting to hide his face.

Maruo:"Not to worry, we will make sure he gets straightened out."

Rena:"How nice that you care so much for your friend."

Maruo:"..."

...

Isanari:"Eh, what a goddamn pain in the ass. That Maruo sure loves to follow the rules. I know he's doing it because he has a hard-on for that hot as hell Ms. Nakano, but he's too goody-two shoes. But moving on from that...I got my next target. The one known as Shiraishi, known as the strongest student ever. I had heard rumors about him, but now I'm ready to take the throne."

Isanari:"Now, you want to tell me where this Shiraishi person is?"

Isanari had grabbed the collar of one of the many people he had just finished beating up. However, as he got closer to the rumored school this person was at, he had noticed that none of them were a challenge to him.

Isanari:"Come on, just tell me."

"Shiraishi-san isn't part of this anymore. Sorry, but you won't get what you want."

Isanari:"Huh!? What a terrible lie. Fine, I'll find him myself."

Isanari dropped the person and left the injured students. The man who had just talked with him leaned on a wall.

"What a tough bastard. He's planning on hurting Shiraishi-san as well...wait, him?"

Minami Katsumi High School

Isanari:"Well, isn't this place fancy? Now, the teachers here should know perfectly well. If I hurt any of them, it'll be hard to look at Ms. Nakano face to face. Good thing I brought a change of clothes, don't want them to get too scared."

Isanari, as politely as he could, asked for the location of this mysterious person. Despite getting some suspicion, he eventually learned that this person should be in the garden behind the main building. Ready to rumble, he ran there as fast as he could. As he approached the garden, he slowly began to hear a song. Once he reached his destination, he saw the source of the song. It was a girl with slightly long messy black hair sitting on a table writing in her notebook.

"♫Everything about you...Can't stop myself, my love has just begun...♫"

Isanari:"Hm? I don't see anyone else."

Soon after, the girl stopped singing and took a deep breath before coughing a little before closing her notebook. Isanari went up to the girl.

Isanari:"Yo, you see someone with the name Shiraishi around here?"

As he finished, he noticed the name 'Kotoha Shiraishi' on her notebook.

Isanari:"Ah, that's the same name. You his sister or something?"

"No, I'm the only Shiraishi around here."

Isanari looked on for a while before bursting out laughing.

Isanari:"Oh, I see! He knew I was coming! That guy must be sick using a girl as bait!"

Kotoha:"You don't seem to believe me."

Isanari:"Of course not! You expect me to believe the rumored Shiraishi, the strongest punk rebel student to be some girl with a pretty voice!?"

Kotoha:"While I more or less appreciate the backhanded compliment, you are wrong about one thing."

Isanari:"Hm?"

Kotoha:"I'm not into looking for trouble anymore. The rumor I had may have been true at one point, but I've decided to apply myself better. Now, if you'll excuse me, lunch is about to end."

Isanari slams his fist on the table

Isanari:"Cut the crap and tell me where that bastard is!"

Kotoha:"Believe what you want. It's not my problem anymore."

Isanari:"Alright then. In that case, you wouldn't mind fighting me, would you?"

Kotoha stops.

Isanari:"You should be able to prove to me that you're him, right? If not, I'll make sure to keep bugging you till you tell me where the real one is!"

Kotoha simply sighs.

Kotoha:"Very well, I can only hope my body can handle it. You look like someone who's attacks are too weak anyway."

Isanari:"You're really committed to this. I'm not big into hitting women, but if it will get you to open your mouth."

Isanari walked towards the girl, ready to rough her up a little. He saw the girl putting up a guard and laughed. As he reached his hand towards her, everything turned black.

Isanari:"Huh!?"

Isanari woke up in the school's clinic. He tried getting up, but the pain in his head was too much.

Isanari:"The hell? That's the only place that's aching, but I can't get up!? What happened to me?"

The nurse walked in.

"Oh, you're up. I don't know who you are, but Shiraishi-san told me to look out for you."

Isanari:"Where is she!? I have to know what she drugged me with!"

"Drugged? No, you're here due to trauma to the head. Don't worry, she said she won't report you."

Isanari:[Did she fight me? I can't remember anything.] "You! Tell me, is she really the rumored rebel that's said to be the strongest student!?"

"I don't know about any rumors, but she was a big troublemaker. However, she stopped doing that when this school year started."

Isanari:"Why's that!? She wants to be a better student or somethin'?"

"Well, that's part of it, but she simply couldn't handle it."

Isanari:"?"

The nurse sighed.

"She's been open about her condition, so it shouldn't be a problem as long as you understand. Shiraishi-san has developed multiple lung diseases. Her body simply wouldn't handle what she'd been doing if she continued. It's not severe right now, but they could get much worse. So, she gave up on being a part of a gang and plans to become as good of a student as she can before she graduates."
