The Resemblance Part 1

Chapter 1: Meeting

KIRA'S POV

It's been Two days after we moved our belongings to the college, and I'm on my way to Cosmic Fizz to meat with Drew, Nakole and Jared. Amber insisted on coming along with me. I'm not sure why. Maybe she wanted to talk about why I was crying. She'll get her answer soon..

Amber also insisted that I drive her car. She really didn't want to ride my bike. I get it.

We walk into Cosmic Fizz to see that it's basically empty. I forgot how it's not busy early mornings..

"Welcome, I understand you two have a meeting." We were greeted by Dylan. I don't know him much but he's a friend of Drew who give us free drinks.

"Hi Dylan. Drew must of told you." We walk in and sit at a booth.
"Oh yea, I know I bit about the information myself. What can I get you two?" He ask for our drinks.

"Strawberry lemonade." I smile.

"Oh! And a sprite!" Amber says.

As Dylan went to get our drinks Jared shows up along with Drew and Nakole.

"Hey sis!" Nakole says excited to see me. I wave at her in return as they sat down.. there eyes goes to Amber..
She stares back.

"Guys. Amber here is on our side. We can trust her-promise."
I gestured to her.
They understood. Remembering that she didn't try to cut my hair off.

"Honestly I do feel out of place, but Shade is taking things too far and I'm feeling pretty bad.." Amber huffs.

Dylan comes back with everyone's drinks. "Great everyone is here, now let's get down to business!" He smiles eagerly.  Drew is usually the leader, but he tells Dylan to continue..

Dylan takes in a deep breath.
"So Andrew and Shade came into my shop early the other day being all suspect n stuff. I didn't get the full conversation, but Drew here saw them walk out, so he thought it would be a good idea to playback what happened."

Drew's eyes begin to turn blue, as he plays out their conversation in the booth behind us.. as it plays out I glance over to Amber. She's focused in on the hologram a little anger in her eyes.

Im amazed that she would go this far..
Messing with someone's mind is not cool.. especially Kades.. that girl is gonna get it some day..

As the hologram finishes outs Drew continues
"Once I got the Information I needed I headed back home to let the guys know.  As soon as I got there Andrew and Shade were already there giving them cupcakes that I believe-had the potion in them.. Drake and Sage don't remember Kira and Kade meeting. Kade doesn't remember Kira at all. Sorry." he turns to me.

"It's okay you tried. It'll all work out I promise.."  I wave him off..

Jared scratches his chin..
"So we just need to be careful around them.. I'd say we don't take any food or drinks from them."

"Yeah it could be a trap.." Nakole mumbles.

Drew looks to Amber.  "Hey Amber-I think you should do the same. Do you think they'll get suspicious? With you being with us.?"

"They already are. When I didn't want to cut her hair they thought I wasn't on their side. I just want things to be right..and their way isn't it." She fums.

"We met up with Shade and she told us what happened.. she also said that they were going to find a way to wipe Kira's mind of Kade and Andrew so he could get back with you.."

I shake my head at the thought of Andrew. That piece of shit. Kade and I could have been together by now.. I'm sure thats what he would have wanted.. Chaos..I'm gonna miss him.. I miss him now actually.
