We walked down several hall with our smoothies still in our hands.
We didn't talk much on the way. I was mostly focusing to make sure I was going the right way.
We went through double door that led outside. I stopped to take in the fresh air.
"Why are we outside?" Kade sighs. "Is this even allowed?"
Seriously is it allowed? Get a load of this guy.
"Of course it is. It's still on campus.." I started walking to a nice spot in the grass. It's still January so it's pretty chilly still.
I finally take a seat in the grass. I looked up at Kade to see him looking right back at me confused. So cute.
"Take a seat with me." I pat on the ground beside me.
Kade does so then watches me as I set my smoothing on the ground.
"Okay! Now I need you to close your eyes.." I told him.
"Uh alright."
I do the same and close mine.
"And just breath." I sighed.
I hear Kade take in a few breaths.
I kept my eyes closed as I smiled.
"You now have time to yourself. We can stay here as long as you want. If you like we could do this every week."
There was a moment of silence.
"I've noticed you looked pretty tired, so you could even take a little nap." I didn't want to say anything else after that and disturb the silence. I know how he can be about that.
"Thank you." I heard him mumbled.
I'm just so glad that I could help him out.
We sat in the chilled weather for about 10mins. I didn't know he would actually want to be out here for a while.
I did say 'as long as you want' so I can't blame him. My butt started to hurt so I decided to lay down. Maybe a cat nap isn't such a bad idea right now. I lay beside Kade closing my eyes.
"Kira." I heard my name being called.
"Yeah? What's up?" I turn my head to my left to look up at Kade glancing down at me. So hot.
"How do I inform Shade about our arrangement?" He asks. Looking away for a moment.
Oh well that's a good question.
"I mean.." I shrugged my shoulders. "I could do it-I don't mind letting her know."
Kade looks off as if he was thinking.
"Hm Im not very sure. I feel like I should do it perhaps."
No you don't kade. No you don't.
"I'll go with you. Problem solved." I sat up looking for my smoothie, but then I realized it was empty.
Dang it.
"Fine by me..." Kade huffs getting up from the ground. I guess we're going to tell her now?
"Well you'll tell her and I'll just stay by your side." I think aloud getting up as well. I don't feel like dealing with her today.
"Actually Kade. Can we do this another day? I'm not in the mood to get pissed today." I unintentionally growl.
"Do you think your inner demon may make an appearance?" He asks Interested.
"Oh,Kyra? She might. Hey let's just go back to your dorm. That way I see my bros too."
Good excuse me.
I still wanna see them though.
Kade nods "that's seems fair."
On our way back into the building we passed a trash can and threw our cups away.
"It's odd really..." I heard Kade chuckle to himself. I look up at him listening.
"I feel like I've met you before.."
Haha oh that's funny.
On a serious note should I say something about it??
"Oh, what do you mean?" I ask.
"Not to surprised you princess, but I don't usually hang out with people I just met-especially a girl." Kade shakes his head.
"Usually Shade would have scared them off or I would blow them off myself.. but there's something about you that seems so familiar-but that's simply impossible.. I'm sure I would remember someone like you.. Kira?"
Kade turns round looking for me as he finally stops walking.
I froze-like completely stopped walking.
He- he called me Princess... like back at the New Years party. I don't know why but that just hit me hard..
When I came out of my shocked I whipped my teary eyes.
"Oh uh! I-I apologize! It only slipped. I didn't mean to call you that name." Kade begins to panic. "That was completely inappropriate of me.."
I look away not wanting Kade to see my tears eyes..
"Kira? Are you alright?" Kade taps my shoulder.
"Hehe yeah it's fine-you're good! It's just been a minute since I've been called that.." I don't make eye contact. I already know I'm blushing too.
"Oh." Kade mumbles. "You don't have to answer this..." he starts.
"Does it not bother you at all to be called kitten? Even though you aren't a cat? I've heard Drew call you it before." Kade asks me.
I know what he means but bro I'm like half cat.
"Actually" I chuckles lightly. "I'm a foxcat, Diles."
"What? Really?" He asks excitedly then composes himself.
I nod my head at the excited blue boy.
"Oh! Well Incase you weren't informed I'm a HedgeWolf.."
obviously I knew that.
"Ya know Kade? We're really not that different. I'm honestly really looking forward to spending more time with you, Diles."
"I feel the same, Kira."
Dang I thought he was going to say Princess..
"But. Just so you know.." I trail. "I'm 100% okay with you calling me princess ." I glanced up to Kade smiling lightly.
"And I am 100% okay with you calling me Diles."
