  Jennie heard the door bell ring, she already knew it was either Nayeon or Jisoo. Nayeon knew where she lived because she drove her home when it was raining. It was one of them because they've never enter the house just seen the outside. Either way Jennie didn't want to face that person. 

  Only Jennie's dad was home, he was in the kitchen getting something to drink when the door bell rang. He groaned and walked over to the door. When he opened it he saw a girl about Jennie's age, but it wasn't one it was two. One he saw before, but never seen the other one. 

"How may I help you two?" Jennie's father asked them. 

"My name is Nayeon and I'm Jennie's co-worker." Nayeon says while looking at Jennie's father. 

"I'm Jisoo, I was with Jennie at the mall the other day." Jisoo claims and Jennie's father puts his hand up. 

"Yes I remember you. What are you two doing here?" Jennie's father rubs his eyes knowing what they wanted. 

"We want to see Jennie please sir." Nayeon answers him. Jennie's father looks to the both of them and steps aside for them to come in. 

"You girls have two hours before my wife comes back." Jennie's father said before he went into the kitchen again. 

"You think she'll be in her room?" Jisoo asked Nayeon causing her to nod. Nayeon took a lucky guess on which was Jennie's room. 

"Jennie?" Jisoo called out for her looking around her room. 

"Come on Jen, where are you?" Nayeon says before the closet door opens up scaring her in the processes. Both girls go over to Jennie in her closet. 

"What are the both of you doing here?" Jennie asks not meeting their eyes. 

"You didn't come to work  the other day and you weren't answering my calls or texts. I would have came yesterday, but I had to work a double shift." Nayeon tells her. 

"Lisa told me and Rose that you weren't feeling well, but I knew it was a lie. I had a really bad feeling all day and was worried about you." Jisoo answers holding Jennie close to her. Nayeon had a feeling that Jisoo was the girl that Jennie was talking about at work the other day. 

  Jennie hugged Jisoo back knowing she seen through her. It felt like Jisoo knew Jennie for the longest time after letting her kinda in. Of course Jennie still had things to hide from Jisoo, but she knew she'll tell her one day. 

"Thank you both. You guys didn't have to come here." Jennie says letting go the hug. She noticed that the warmth from the hug disappeared too. 

"Well it was either wait all day for you to text or call back. Plus now I get why you talk about Jisoo so much. She's really pretty." Nayeon says causing Jisoo and Jennie to blush. 

"I-it's not like that Jisoo, I swear! It was cause the day you started at school I was working later that day." Jennie tries explains to Jisoo causing her to giggle. The giggle made Jennie blush even more until her dad came in. 

"Your mother going to be home in ten minutes. It's best if they leave now before she gets here." Jennie's dad tells her making her nod. Jennie walks them out. Nayeon was at her car when Jisoo stayed back. 

"Your dad is different from your mom." Jisoo says to Jennie making her sigh. 

"Yeah I've noticed that too. I feel like he's toxic when she's around it's like he's sacred of her." Jennie answers rubbing the back of her neck. 

"Well I think it was nice of him to let me and Nayeon to see you." Jisoo says giving Jennie one last hug before she leaves. Turns out when Jisoo was heading to Jennie's house she bumped into Nayeon. She agreed to give Jisoo a ride to her house and drop her off at her house. Jisoo walks to Nayeon's car and waves to Jennie one last time before she gets in. 

  Jennie waves at them as they drive off and goes back into the house. Inside was her dad watching t.v. She knew what Jisoo told her was true, he's different when he's with her mother and when he's not. Jennie didn't know why he did this. Maybe just maybe he didn't like what her mother was doing to her, but if that was true why didn't he help her when her mother was beating her. That's something Jennie really didn't get. Jennie walked by her, but before she went into her room she spoke. 

"Thanks dad." Was all she said before she entered her room again. She felt like she could breathe again and she really liked that feeling too. Maybe for once like when her and Jisoo went to the mall, the day can be good. Jennie felt her phone buzz so she pulled it out. It was Lisa texting in the group chat. 

Liz: Yoooooooo Jisooooooo

Liz: Did u go to Jennie's? How is she?

mother of group: Yes I did go and she's fine.

mother of group: Plus u do know that ur texting in the group chat?

mother of group: She can read this lol

Liz: I knew that! 

Jen: Sure u did

flower: idiot.... 

Liz: T^T 

   Jennie smiles and puts away her and noticed the papers and sticky note on her bed. 

'Lisa told me to you give the notes from class :) - love Jisoo' 

  Jennie stared that the note, she stared at one little word of the little note. 

"Love?" Jennie says out loud. 

"No I'm overthinking it." Jennie says again and get's to work on the notes and stuff she's missed in class. To Jennie it was wired that Lisa gave her the notes let alone take them. 

"Damnit Lisa I hate it when you make me over think." Jennie sighs as she looks to the note again. Maybe Jisoo did mean to put love, she could have put just her name or 'from Jisoo'. No she said love. Then it hits Jennie, maybe Lisa had a point.

"Oh shit..."
