   A few weeks later, the day for the trial of Danny's mother came. Jisoo kept her promise of going with Jennie to the trial. Jisoo knows how important this is to Jennie, it almost felt personal. In Jisoo's point of view at least. Jisoo was ready for trial and so was Jennie. They both had a feeling that they were going to be gone for most of the day and they Knew Lisa wasn't going to the trail so they asked her to house sit for them. Right now Jennie was telling Lisa what to do and how to take care of Tommy.

"Okay if you wanna eat something go ahead just wash your dish. Now this is really important, this is what you feed Tommy okay. Make sure you give him the proper attention." Jennie explains to Lisa as she nods. 

"Jennie it's fine, just go to the trail they're going to start without you." Lisa tells the girls while she pushes Jennie out of the apartment so they can leave. When Lisa pushes them out they were on there way to the court. When they got there they saw Rose sitting in the very front. So they thought of sitting behind her. Jennie tapped her shoulder for her to turn around. 

"Did Danny and his mom come yet?" Jennie says. 

"Yeah I got a text from Danny's mom saying they're here." Rose says making Jennie nod. Jennie sits back with a sigh. Jisoo notices this and rubs her back. 

"Hey everything is going to be fine. Just watch Rose got this." Jisoo tells Jennie making her smile. 

"Yeah I have faith in her." Jennie says as she feels little arms go around her. Jisoo sees the look on Jennie's face when she realizes that it was Danny. Jisoo's never met him, but has seen pictures of him. So she knows what he looks like. 

"I'm happy your here Ms. Kim you make Danny very happy." Danny's mother tells Jennie. 

"I'm glad to be here too, I just glad that you and him won't have to worry about that man no more." Jennie answers Danny's mother. It was only a few minutes that the trail had started. Rose was up first, so she called up Danny's mother first so the court can hear her side of the story. 

"Okay Ms. Lee, you are here because of the sexual assault against you and your son Danny. I'm correct." Rose claims as Danny's mother nods. 

"Now please let us hear your story then we'll hear from your son of what he's done." Rose asks her looking at her telling her it's okay and to let them all hear it. Danny's mother tells the court everything he's done. While hearing it she starts to cry and Rose gives her tissues to dry her tears.  While hearing the story Jisoo could feel Jennie tense up. She puts her arms around her to calm her a bit down. Ms. Lee had finish and Rose helped her back to her seat and helped her calm down. 

"Thank you Ms. Lee I know it must had been hard to say all that." The judge says then tells Rose to call up her next person. 

"I like to have Danny to come up now." Rose says for the court to hear. Rose brought up Danny to the court, but he told her something into Rose ears causing her have a small smile. 

"Your honor, Danny would like to have Ms. Kim to come up and be with him." Rose says to the judge. The judge nods letting it be allowed. Jennie looks at Jisoo to see if it was okay. Jisoo gives her a nod for her to go up. Jennie goes up with Danny to be with him. 

"Is that better Danny?" Rose asks him causing him to nod. 

"So Danny how old are you?" Rose asks him. 

"I'm six years old." He answers her. 

"Do you know that man over there?" Rose asks him again. 

"Yes." Danny answers as he holds Jennie's hand. 

"What's the first thing you remember him doing?" Rose asks him again. 

"I remember when mommy was at the neighbors house he was going through her purse and pulled out some money." Danny tells Rose making her nod. 

"Okay do you know what he did next?" Rose asks him making him look up at Jennie. 

"It's okay Danny you can tell her. Just pretend that we're at my office." Jennie tells him. 

"He saw me, I was sacred. He grabbed me and brought me to my room. He said if I ever tell mommy he would hurt me." Danny says while looking down. It broke Jisoo's heart to hear this. 

"Okay did he do anything after that?" Rose asks him and he nods. 

"Would it be okay if you tell me what he did next?" Rose asks him making him look up and nod again. 

"He took off his pants and mine." Gasps were heard all over the court while you can hear Danny's mother crying. 

"Thank you Danny you were a real help, you can go back to your seat now." Rose tells him and he goes back with Jennie. 

"As you know your honor, kids don't lie. Most kids will tell their parents what's wrong, but there are some who dismiss it. Danny's mother didn't though. She took action and brought him to someone who she thought could help him. We're all here because of that person." Rose claims then looks at the man that Ms. Lee was suing. 

"Danny is a brave little boy for telling us his story and yet he was traumatize because of this man." Rose goes over to the desk she was sitting at and brings out a file. 

"What I have here are the notes and papers that both Danny and Ms. Lee's therapist have written. It's here everything they went through on white paper with black ink. Your honor." Rose says handing the file to the judge. 

"She's good at this." Jisoo tells Jennie making her nod. 

"It's as clear as day. I here claim this man as guilty." The judge says making a sigh of relief come out of Ms. Lee. 

"No! I'm not going out like this! I will be back and it's you I'll be after!" The man says as he points at Jennie. Jisoo goes to cover her so she wouldn't have to see that. 

"Thank you, thank you so much." Ms. Lee says to Rose and Jennie. 

"We won this day."
