He was smiling unconditionally, unknowing that his girl wasn't there where she was.
For some reason he knew he wasn't faking this emotion anymore. He knew he was elated to just be with her.
Just as he crossed the out of sight distance his gaze fell on the empty seat where she sat earlier. He looked here and there and still couldn't find her. He immediately pulled out his phone in the other hand and dialed hastily.
It wasn't reaching.
"Where did she go" the question slowly grew into a worry.
"What if someone kidnapped her" he thought without a second opinion and immediately shot off to search the place. Every corner, every ride, every stall and every inch. He looked for her everywhere until he sweated badly.
His brows showed the panic and worry he felt.
"Jisun where are you?"

"Are you nuts?" She yelled as soon as he dragged her to his hotel room
"Not me, you are!" He yelled back with a sharp gaze
"Kim Taehyung!! Your talking to your boss, remember" she threatened raising her brows with a Stern voice.
He flinched but held in well and spoke mustering courage.
"I know, but not here. I'm doing this to protect you" he argued with all his breath but she stood hands crossed on her chest and an explanation demanding glare.
"Jungkook is the son of the Jeon company owner, Ms. Jisun"
"Can you start telling with things I don't know?" She taunted and slit her eyes.
Taehyung nodded and gestured her to calmly wait,
"He is also the son of Ms. Lee yeongji, owner of the Jeon steels that was a branch at the port"
Her expression melted from being stiff to a frown with realisation.
"Yes, the port where the accident took place years ago, the same accident that made you the prime suspect"
She pursed her lips,
"How sure can you be?" She mumbled.
"Ask him yourself if you don't believe me"
She glared at him but her eyes spoke otherwise, she teared uncontrollably and sat on the couch floppily.
"It wasn't my fault, it was an accident" she mumbled under her breath.
Taehyung saw her collapse and walked to her. He scouted beside her and held her hands,
"He's here not only to spy on you but to kill you for revenge. I can't let you be in danger even for another second. I'll protect you, no matter what"
Her eyes looked down in disbelief and she sniffed before she said,
"I need some time alone"
Taehyung nodded and left the room after shutting the door behind him.
She grabbed her phone and swiped a few times until she found his contact. It read Jungkook man-sized trouble
Her finger flickered front and back in hesitation until finally she tapped on it and the call connected.
"Jisun!" He breathed on the other side "where have you been? I was so worried"
"Meet me at the river side park at 5. I need to talk" she said bluntly and cut the call.
Her tears still welled up in her eyes as she tried to conceal it, hiding her other side.

She walked to the park since it was close by to the place they stayed. She wore casual clothings to not attract attention, especially when she lied about buying cosmetics to Taehyung she wanted her attire to perfectly match the lie.
She still managed to wear sunglasses but only she knew it was to hide her true feelings from being exposed.
The moment she stepped inside the park, her eyes looked around trying to search for him. She thought to wait until he comes but when she turned a huge hand pulled her back.
It pulled her into his chest and wrapped around her tightly.
"Oh my god! You have no idea how much scared I was thinking you'd be in trouble" he said without taking a breath in between.
"I'm fine." She patted but denied to even receive the hug.
He pulled back but his hands were still on her shoulder. She slowly pushed it down and gestured him to sit.
Both sat beside each other and she tried to maintain the poker face she always wore, though it was hard. He looked at her with a frown creeping up his forehead.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"I need to know something" she began.
"What is it?"
"Are you really the son of Lee yeongji?"
"Oh! How did you know my mother?" He asked innocently.
She pursed her lips and breathed her lips after learning the truth.
"So you really are here to kill me"
Jungkook smiled and smirked which grew into a cute laughter.
"Why are you laughing?"
"Are you stupid? I mean really this stupid?" He asked between his laughs.
"Sorry?"
"I was with you the whole day, I spent every minute with you, I could've killed you anytime there if I was here to do that but I didn't" he raised his brows.
"Yeah because you wanted to kill me after gaining my trust right?" She smirked and sighed disappointed
"No"
"Then what is the reason you didn't kill me"
"Firstly I'm not here to kill you. Whoever told you that wrong information, I don't know, doesn't like me"
She faked a laugh and slit her eyes.
"Secondly"
"Secondly?" She waited until he finished.
"Secondly, I can't kill you even if I want to Jisun"
"Why?"
"Because I love you Jisun"
