It was midday and the occult research club was gathered at their clubhouse within Kuoh academy's old school building.

Asia and Issei had just given their master, Rias Gremory, the rundown on what had happened.

Rias: "You said he had an inverted cross seared onto his skin?"

Asia: "I- I think the injury goes deeper than just the skin."

Rias: "I see. That must've been harrowing for you to see, Asia. Unfortunately I can't help in narrowing down who it is, but I'll pass the information to Sirzechs, I'm sure we can get a more accurate read of things from him."

Rias walked over and hugged Asia as a ravenette girl giggled.

???: "You said he disappeared whenever someone tried to attack him? Sounds like fun.~"

Rias: "Akeno, down girl."

Issei: "It was weird though. He didn't use any sort of magic circles, he just kinda popped in and out of view."

Asia: "Yes, it was almost like-"

Akeno: "Like he was stopping time?"

Asia: "Y- Yes, that's how it felt."

Rias: "He must have a sacred gear then. But one that stops time..."

Akeno: "I can only think of one sacred gear that does that. But we know exactly where its user is."

Rias: "Perhaps we'll have a chance to meet this person soon."

???: "Sooner than you'd think, Strawberry."

Everyone jumped as they found a familiar hulking figure chilling in the window frame.

Y/n: "Sup?"

Issei: "You're the jackass that kicked me!"

Y/n: "Keep talkin' to me like that and I'll make sure blondie over there can't heal ya. I can do that by the way. Magic sealing. Pretty easy to learn."

Rias: "So you're the one who attacked my servant."

Y/n: "In my defence, he attacked me first."

Rias: "While that may be true, according to Asia you were rather brutal about it."
