A Dark Deception

Mikey was carried into Shredder's lair it was in a Foot bot factory which Shredder in fact owned and had a basement where Shredder operated out of,  it had a bunker like series of underground rooms and tunnels.  

"Hey Shred man, looky what we got for you?" Zeck said proudly, as Ivan Steranko slung Mikey still unconscious on to a couch, Shredder came over to inspect his new captive, he smiled a evil smile before a worry hit him.

"Are you certain he cannot be tracked here" Shredder asked, he wanted his hideout to stay hidden for now, he also didn't want his foot bot factory discovered or destroyed like the last one had been.

"We left his phone behind, that's got the tracker thing in it, we are cool right big S?" Zeck replied looking to Steranko.

"Yes, Shredder he cannot be followed we took the precautions, we were careful, our lair is the best kept secret in the city" Steranko replied,

"I am pleased, this will draw that pathetic Rat-man out of hiding" Shredder bellowed, still dreaming of destroying his rival after all these years.

"What's going on father" Karai asked as she entered the room, 

"Zeck & Steranko have gifted me my very own pet turtle ahahahaha" Shredder laughed unable to help himself. 

Mikey squinted as he finally awoke, at the noise of Shredder's laughter stopped & glared at Mikey, 

"Guard the doors you two" Shredder ordered his two mutant henchmen,  as they left mumbling hushed complaints along the lines 'was that all the thanks they were going to get!' he didn't want anyone coming in or his turtle hostage getting out.

"Who are you dudes?" Mikey asked innocently, 

"You don't remember us?" Karai questioned him, 

Mikey shook his head to mean 'no', 

"Do you remember your own name?" Shredder asked in a harsh and intimidating tone, 

"no, what is it?" Mikey asked, 

Shredder looked at Karai to answer that, he never paid attention to their names he only knew the turtles leader Leonardo's for sure, 

"Michelangelo, your name is Michelangelo, ring a bell?" Karai told him, Mikey looked confused, 

"that's right, young turtle, we rescued you" Shredder told him, Karai looked at Shredder wondering what he was up to, his tone was softening toward the turtle and it was unsettling her.

"From who & where?" Mikey asked, 

"Your turtle brothers and rat sensei, they were going to do away with you, I am your father now, you most pledge loyalty to us after all it is I that saved your life" Shredder said conducting his deception. 

"I can stay here?" Mikey asked hopefully, if they saved him they must be trustworthy,

"Yes, my son" Shredder put his hands on Mikey's shoulders, gazing at the turtle that had no memory of anything. 

Mikey smiled relived his head really hurt and he didn't have the strength to ask much, 

"You will join the Foot and we will protect you from your old family that want you dead" Shredder told him, 

"Why do they want me dead?" Mikey asked, confused and unsure,

"They viewed you as weak and defective" Shredder told him, Mikey dropped his gaze to the ground, he tried to remember and it just made the pain worse and he remembered nothing.

"Go with your new big sister Karai, she will get you some food and you can share her sleeping quarters, and rest isn't that right Karai" Shredder instructed,
