"Please, check on Harry?" Hermione begged. "He says he's perfectly fine and that Snape says he's mastered occlumency, but it's only been three months."

"I don't think Harry would respond well to my interference."

"He's been sharing dreams with Voldemort. Alex, please."

"Fine." She groaned. "Where is he?"

"Common room. I'll get him."

"Alright. Meet me at the front entrance."

Hermione and Harry eventually made their way to the front entrance.
"Be nice to him." Hermione asked and Alex rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, yeah. Come on, Potter." She said, leading him outside. She saw him send a pleading look to Hermione who just shrugged. "Harry!" She snapped. He walked briskly after her and caught up.

"Why- why are we heading into the woods?"

"We want peace and considering the last time I shared my Hogwarts hideout with you, it got revealed to basically everyone, we're going out here."

"But, I-"

"Harry, Hermione knows you're with me. If you don't return in a couple hours, she'll know it was me. Take solace in that if you don't trust me." He looked more at ease and she shook her head. "Idiot."

"I'm not an idiot." He said. "Bet you're gonna be just like Snape."

"You've never been taught by me." She said.

"I've seen you teach Cedric."

"Okay. Ground rules. We each have a set of rules that is our boundary line. Deal? Good. My rule number one. No bringing up Cedric."

"My rule number one, don't call me an idiot or stupid or whatever."

"Fine. Rule number two, no bringing up anything about my bloodline."

"What about-?"

"No." She snapped. "Nothing about any of it."

"Why not?"

"Because it's personal."

"I guess privacy only matters when it's you."

"You have your secrets. I don't know everything you go through. Hermione doesn't tell me everything."

"Sure seems like it."

"Contrary to what you may think, Hermione and I don't talk about you. Like, ever. We talk about ourselves and we talk about our studies and we talk about our futures and our pasts. You come up probably, like, less than one percent of the time."

"Fine, my rule number two, you don't use anything you see in my head against me. These sessions stay between you and me."

"Sure, but if this all goes well, I won't get to see anything in your head." She said. "We're here."

"Where's here?" He asked looking around.

"I used to come here all the time in third year. I used to meet Snuffles- sorry, Sirius, here."

"Oh." He said.

"Take a seat." She plopped down next to the stream of water, her legs crossed. He hesitantly sat down. She shimmied off her outer robes and closed her hair up in a short ponytail. He pulled off his robe too. "Get yourself comfortable. Loosen your tie, stretch out your arms. Whatever you want to feel natural." She leaned back until she was laying totally flat, with her legs still crossed and stretched once more before sitting up.

"Um, okay." He rolled his shoulders back and turned his head from side to side. "Ready."

"Okay, close your eyes and try to clear your head." He scoffed.
