Imagine: okay so this is one of the best requests ever because it's so complex, so, you and Pietro have been flirting before he died, Peter (x-men) had to see the Y/n of his universe die on a mission, you meet in the Hex.

It's still your perspective, but when they're referring to Peter's Y/n, I'm gonna do Y/n, if that even makes sense.

When Pietro died in front of you, to save you from the bullet rain set upon you by Ultron, it broke you. You didn't expect it to last for the years to follow.

You felt depressed, perhaps that's what caused you to be in the Hex with Wanda, besides you being like sisters since you and Pietro were basically dating.

You are well aware that everything is just an illusion. It's not real, I'm here nothing is real. But it's nice, being able to take a break from the pain and find some relief.

Some may say that you were grieving for too long, you'd always respond defensive saying that it's nobody's business how long you grieve. You didn't get the chance to say how you really felt about him. Perhaps that's what ended you up here.

You hadn't expected for him to show up however, and looking like he had surgery done. He looked nothing like the Pietro you fell in love with, but your love wasn't plastered to his looks, but to his soul. Something about this felt familiar.

It couldn't be him, Wanda can't bring people back from the dead, Vision was an exception, he is a synthetic person after all.

The more you hear him speak however, the more you start to believe that this is really Pietro, your Pietro. So you ran with it.

Until reality caught up with you again at the festival. Wanda's powers must've weakened and the charade dropped.

You could see the bullet holes, the blood seeping into his clothes, the grim look. His pale skin alone was enough to slap you in the face and bring you right back at rock bottom.

'So after this we will go on date Yes?' Pietro's voice echoes in your ears and you chuckle.

'Yes, i would love to... just make sure you'll actually be able to make it... like the Captain said, if you get killed, you walk it off...' you reply.

'I will princessa.. I will don't you worry.. your hero will be just fine...'

'Oh my hero now huh?' You flirt right back and you can hear his smirk through the com.

There's a loud noise suddenly, 'y/n what is that?' Pietro asks, the sudden worry in his voice makes you panic slightly.

'Shit..' you curse as you turn around, coming face to face with Ultron. 'Shit!' You yell even louder when you see a small child hiding slightly behind you.

Pietro runs faster than he's ever done in his life to get to you, there is no doubt about that. You can grab the boy and you turn your back to the oncoming bullet rain.

'Y/n no!' Pietro does the unthinkable, he runs right into it, to shield you from those bullets.

You hear the most heartbreaking sound behind you, the noise stops and you turn around just in time to see his body fall to the ground.

You let go off the kid, who runs to his waiting mother, but to be completely honest, in that moment you weren't even thinking about the little kid. You were watching him.
