It has been a week since I talked to Steven. It was our tryouts again,but coach already new we were starters so I didn't have to do much. I saw Steve and was gonna go talk to him, but then I see him go walk into a group and start talking and laughing.My heart shattered as I thought maybe he found a new best friend. I was standing there all by myself close to tears. I just decided to sit down and watch the rookies. It was then I realized how lonely my life was without my best friend. I sat there staring. I zoned out and the next thing I know coach is walking over to me and telling me it's time for me to leave.I was walking home and I just couldn't hold it back. Hot tears started running down my face. I couldn't control it so I just let them flow. I just couldn't imagine my life without my best friend.Maybe life isn't even worth it without my best friend.
