Sorries and Love Yous

I go into the kitchen and lean against the counter, taking a deep breath and calming down.

"Demz." I hear behind me. I turn around to see Kaiser.

He walks over and wraps his arms around my shoulders. I wrap mine around his waist.

"I'm sorry I was a bitch." I say.

"You weren't." He says kissing my forehead. "Sorry I brought up the subject." He adds.

"Don't be... I want too it's just... I don't think I'm ready."

"That's alright. I'll wait a life time for you." He says. I smile and give him another hug.

"Spend the night?" I ask.

"Okay. I'll go take Ava back upstairs." He says. I nod and he walks out. I grab a wash rag and soap and start to do the dishes.

Savanna POV

I spend an hour in my room just thinking.

No matter how much I hate Demi right now, I shouldn't of said what I did. I took it to far and as much as I hate to admit it, I need to apologize.

I go out and knock on her bedroom door but she doesn't answer and all the lights are off. I go to the stairs and see Bentley sitting on the top step.

"Bentley." I whisper.

He looks at me crying.

"What's wrong?"

"I had a bad dream." He says standing up and wiping his eyes.

"Where's your mom?"

He points downstairs.

"Okay... Why don't you go into my room and I'll be in soon." He shakes his head no since he doesn't want to be alone. "Then stay here. I'll be right back." He nods and I go downstairs. I don't see Kaiser but I see Demi folding a basket of Bentleys clothes.

"Demi." I say. She turns around, looks at me and then turns back to the clothes, laying the shirt on the right pile.

"What's up?" She says grabbing a pare of jeans.

"I wanted to say sorry." She looks at me. "I shouldn't of said what I did. I took it to far and I shouldn't of... So sorry."

"You know Savanna..." She says putting the jeans in a new pile. "Your never gonna understand what I went through until you have a kid for yourself... You may hate me, and that's alright... But one day your gonna understand." She says..

"Okay... Well until that day, I'll be in my room." I say trying to get out of this conversation.

I turn around and bump into Kaiser.

"Sorry." He says.

"I wanted to say sorry to you too... If I had talked to my dad that way I wouldn't have any teeth yet so... Sorry..." He nods.

"Alright..." I go to walk upstairs but turn around.

"By the way... Bentley's at the top of the steps crying..."

"Why?" Demi asks.

"He had a bad dream." I say. She nods and follows me upstairs, taking Bentley into his room. I go into mine and lay down.

Now that I got that off my chest I can finally sleep...

Demi POV

"You know what?" Kaiser says as we lay in bed in each other's arms.

"What?" I ask looking up at him.

"Why don't we spend tomorrow out..."

"Doing what?" I ask.

"Well... Why don't you take the girls and I'll take the boys for the day and we can meet up for dinner later." He says.

"That's not fair. You have Aaron. I have Savanna." I say jokingly. He laughs. "Alright.. I don't think that girl's ever gonna like me."

"She'll come around."

"You said that when she first got here... It's been over a month."

"Well it's just taking her longer. Look at Aaron... She'll come around eventually. I promise." He says giving me a kiss on the top of my forehead.

I look up at him and give him a kiss. He cups my cheek and I put my hand on his abs, making circles. We sit up and gets heated. He puts his hands on my lower back and I straddle his lap.

He stops to catch his breathe. He breathes deeply on my neck as I return the gesture. I face him and cup his face.

"I love you." I say for the first time.

His eyes widen as I say it.

I give him a kiss and he puts his hands through my hair.

I pull away but leave our foreheads and nose touching.

"I love you too." He says. I give him a small peck before getting off of him, laying down and cuddling up to him, falling asleep.
