I lay down on the couch and click on the tv. My mom walks in.
"Where's Sam? I need to talk to him," she asks I glance up at her and she frowns.
"Out with Mason, they had lunch," I say looking back at the tv.
"Then why is his car parked in the drive way?" She grabs the remote and pauses the tv. I sigh. "Sam took me out to lunch with him and Mason and I left early," I say holding my hand out. "Remote please?" She softly places it in my hand.

"Did you eat?" She asks. I stare at her. "Stop with that," I retort. "Honey I just want to make sure that you do," she fake smiles. "Well stop because I did eat," I say walking up to my room. "Cassie?" My mom calls. I look at her from the stair case. "I'm sorry," she says. I nod and walk to my room.

Sam and Mason walk through the door laughing. I keep my eyes locked on the tv. "Cas?" Sam taps my shoulder. I took up. "Can I have my key?" He asks. "But, I'm going to Ashton's on 5 minutes," I pout my lip. "Don't care, me and Mason are going to the party tonight," he holds out his hand.
"Your going?" I turned around to face him.

"Yeah he's going cutie," Mason pats Sam's back and I glare at him.
"You can come if you want kiddo," Sam smiles.
"I don't know," I shake my head. "Don't worry," Mason smirks. "Nothing's going to happen," I play with a string on the couch.
"Kiddo," Sam touches my head. "If it bothers you that much you don't have to come, I don't want you to feel forced to do something," he frowns. I sigh.

"Fine," I breathe out. Mason grins.
"We won't leave your side cutie," Mason taps the wall. "You can leave my side," I tell Mason. "I don't need you to protect me," I say. He laughs. "Whatever," Sam looks at Mason.
"Just saying that to make you feel better," Mason shrugs.

I stand up. "Where are you going?" Sam asks. "Getting ready," I smile.
We walk to Sam's car and me and Mason both grab the passenger door.
"No," I say. "You sit in the back," I tell him.
"Sorry little cutie," he smirks. "Kids sit in the back," he looks at me.
"Yeah, so get in the back," I glare at him.
"Pick a seat and get in the damn car or we will be late," Sam says.
"Fine," I say opening the back door and slam my body on the chair.
"Don't need to have an attitude little cutie," Mason looks back at me and smiles.

"You're such an ass Bartley," I say under my breathe.
"I hear that a lot," he smiles. "But most girls mean it in a good way," Sam smacks his shoulder.
"Would you too shut up please! It's so hard to drive with you too flirting back and forth," Sam looks at me in the mirror.

"Not flirting," I put my head on the window. Mason doesn't say anything for the rest of the drive.
"We're here," Sam looks at me. I nod and get out the car. I walk in front and Mason and Sam lingered behind.
"Who took advantage of her?" I herd Mason try to whisper.
"Shawn," Sam mumbled.

I turn around. Masons body was ridged. "You know I would like you guys to be a little bit more quite cause this isn't helping," I say, turning back around.

Sam opens the door to scream and shouting and people dancing everywhere. I walk in and Mason's at my side.
"I told you," I look up at him. "You don't have to protect me," I said with tone in my voice.
"I know," he smiles without looking at me.
"Hey," I herd someone say. I turn around and Ashton stands right in front of me. "Didn't expect to see you here!" She yells.
"Sam made me come," I pointed to Sam, and he was talking with a bunch of girls. "Oh," she looks at Mason and smiles at him. I roll my eyes.
"Wanna dance?" She asks him. I look at him. "Nah, sorry, I'm a little busy right now," he flashes her a smile. She shrugs and walks away. "Why'd you diss her?" I ask.
"She's not my type," he points to a girl on the other side of the room. "I'm going to go get laid if you will excuse me," he bites his lips and walks to her.
"So much for staying by my side," I mumble.
