Chapter 6

Danni's P.O.V
*few months later*
The past few months we've been saving up for a house and last month we the all the money we saved together and bought a house between us all. Right now Chloe, Mia, Jade and I were setting our house up for Reece's surprise party while the lads brought Reece out for a meal so we could get the place sorted.

"James just text me, he said they're finished their food" Jade said. "Shit, erm tell him to bring him to the arcade or something, we still need to get dressed and the guests still have to arrive" Mia said. Once we were finished putting the decorations up and setting out the food and drinks we went up to get ready.

We hired a mini bus to bring the guests to the house and home so there wouldn't be loads of cars outside the house making it obvious. It was only me, Jade, Chloe, Mia, the boys, Reece and everyones family. "Right everyone, hide. Their just around the corner" Mia shouted. We all stood in the kitchen. Since it was dark out we had the lights off so he couldn't see us when he walked in. I heard keys rattling in the front door. My stomach was doing summer salts with nerves and excitement. Hopefully he likes it and has a great night.

Reece's P.O.V
I'm gutted that the girls didn't come to the meals with us. Don't get me wrong I had fun with the lads but I would've preferred the whole gang together to celebrate it. The girls went to a movie instead because they wanted it to be a lads day out. We were about to go home when James decided to go to bowling.

After two games we went home. When we arrived at the house, it was pitch black. The girls must still be at the movie. As soon as I opened the door I went to the toilet, I was bursting and the toilets at the bowling alley were vile. When I got back down stairs the house was still pitch black. The lads must've went out. I walked into the kitchen to grab some Nutella.

"SURPRISE" everyone shouted as soon as I turned on the light. I was speechless. Thank god I didn't change into my Elmo onesie, that would've been embarrassing. "What? How? When? How long have you been planning this" I finally said. "These 4 girls planned the whole thing and set everything up while we were out" James said.

"There's no cars outside, how did everyone get here?" I asked, still confused. "Everyone put money together and rented a mini bus to bring them to and home from the party" Tom said. "Wait so Chloe, Danni, Mia and Jade done this whole thing?" I asked. "Yep, why do you think the girls and I were out constantly and hiding a load of stuff in the spare room" Danni said. "I love you all, thanks for everything" I said hugging the girls and giving Chloe a kiss. I honestly have the most amazing friends.

"So... WHOS READY TO PARTY" Chris said. Chloe turned on some music and we opened the double doors into the sitting room so there was more space. There was alcohol for the adults and fizzy drinks for everyone that was underage. My mam let me have one drink because it was my 17th. Casey handed me a bottle of Budweiser.
"What's going on with you and Danni? Are you two a couple yet or what?" I asked, taking a sup of my Budweiser. "Not yet, I love her but I don't know how to ask her" he said.

"Reece, come on. It's time to cut the cake" Danni said, peeking her head out the back door. We walked into the kitchen and seen Danni and Chloe holding the cake. On it there was a photo of all of us at Jades 18th and underneath read 'Happy 17th birthday Bibbster' laughing at my nickname they gave me at Charlie's when Casey and James first met Jade and Danni, I took a picture of the cake. I blew out the candles as everyone sang happy birthday to me.

"Where did you get this cake?" I asked as the cake was placed on the counter. "Danni made it while we set up" Chloe said, wrapping her arms around my torso. Chloe and I walked over to Danni and Casey were standing. "Danni, thanks for the cake, it's amazing" I said, hugging her. "You're welcome Reece, glad you like it" She smiled.

Around 3am everyone left after they helped clean the house. It was an amazing night. "What do you wanna do now?" James asked, lying on one of the air mattresses with Jade. We brought duvets and pillows downstairs when the place was cleaned. There was 5 double air mattresses. Jade and James were on one, Casey and Danni were on the one beside them. Chloe and I were on the one across from them, Jake and Mia were on the one beside us and Charlie were in the one in the middle of the floor. Tom, Barclay and Chris were on the chairs.

We were still hyper from the party so we decided to play just dance on the wii when we changed into our pyjamas. We stacked the mattresses on top of each other giving us room for dance. Since it was really warm the girls were in pyjama shorts and vests and the lads and I were in shorts.

Chloe robbed my hoodie, Danni had Caseys, Jade had James and Mia had Jakes.
We decided to go with winner stays on in just dance. It was Casey and James first. James won and Danni went next. Danni won so Charlie went against her. We played for about two hours before we decided to sleep. It was a great day and I'm grateful for everything the girls done today with the surprise party and all the trouble they went through hiding everything from me and all. I truly have amazing friends and an amazing girlfriend.
