Chapter 19

Danni's P.O.V
We got back from Bora Bora yesterday and right now we were just having a chill day with Charlie, Mikey, Parisa, Betsy, Kit, Sean, Kieran, Dean and our friend Robbie. You know Robbie Coles, the one with the ginger hair that's fucking majestic. Yeah that's the Robbie I'm talking about. I had dyed my hair multicoloured this morning because I was getting bored of the blonde.

Dean and Lacey broke up while we were on holidays. He was sitting on the two seater and I was sitting on his lap while he told me everything that happened between him and Lacey.

"We should really plan the party" Casey said. I could tell he was getting jealous of me and Dean even though he knew Dean and I were just friends. "Right. Casey and James, you two are in charge of food. Chloe, Danni, Dean and I will be in charge of getting the decorations, Alex, Jake, Jade and Chris, you four are in charge of invitations, Danni, we'll use your phone for music and we'll all set the place up" Barclay said. "I think Dean and James should be in charge of the food and then me, you, Danni and chloe can be in charge of getting the decorations" Casey said, looking up from his phone.

"Just leave it the way it is, we still have to set a date, time, whether it'll be themed and whether it'll be here or will we rent out a venue" Chloe said. "We can just have it here, the house is big enough" Reece said. "How about next week at half seven until whatever time everyone wants to leave?" Charlie said. "Will it be themed though" Chris said. "Oh my god 80s/90s themed please" I begged. Everyone agreed.

We all split up into groups and got everything all planned out. All we need now is the food and decorations. "Babe, we're going to dinner with my family tonight if you want to go get ready" Casey said, kissing my cheek. "Yeah sure, I'll go up now" I said, kissing him.

After I showered, I dried my hair and curled it. I picked out my favourite bodycon and a pair of black heels and laid them on my bed. When I was finished my hair and make up, I got dressed. Casey came in a few minutes later. He was wearing a white shirt with black skinny jeans and a pair of vans.

"Ready babe?" He asked. "Yeah, just let me grab my purse" I said, taking my phone off charge and grabbing my black Michael Kors clutch that Dean bought me for my 18th. I put my blazer on and we walked out to Casey's car.

We arrived at a posh restaurant a few minutes later. When we got out, Casey walked over to a group of people which I'm guessing is his family. "This is my girlfriend Danni" Casey said, wrapping his arm around my waist. "Nice to meet you" I smiled, shaking their hands. After we all introduced ourselves, we went inside to get our food.

About an hour and a half later of Casey's parents asking me questions, it started getting very awkward. "I'll be back in a minute, I'm just going to the ladies room" I said, standing up and walking towards the bathroom. I took my phone out of my purse and rang Chloe. "Hey, how's the meal going" she asked as soon as she answered.

"Chloe it's going terrible, I'm pretty sure his family don't like me" I said, I began crying. I don't know why though, I guess I'm afraid of losing Casey after everything that's happened to us.

Caseys P.O.V
"So, what do you all think of her?" I said, once Danni walked into the bathroom. "I like her tattoos, she seems cool" Chet said, leaning back in his chair and taking a sip of his drink. "Yeah, she's really pretty, it's nice that one of you finally have a girlfriend that I can get to know and hopefully become best friends with and spend time with" Coral said. "We don't like her" my dad said. "Casey, you deserve better than her. What ever happened to Betsy? She was lovely. She had a job, no tattoos, she seems like the type that can support you and your family financially" my mum said.

"Betsy cheated on me remember? Danni is a thousand times better than her, she's amazing, caring, funny, kind, smart, loving and genuine. Danni makes me so much happier whenever I'm having a bad day and if you don't like her well then that's your loss. I'm not breaking up with her anytime soon and I'm hoping to marry her" I said, getting angry.

"Casey, we just want the best for you. Danni has a lot of tattoos, how is she going to get a job and support you and if the time ever comes your family?" My mam asked. "She looks like the type that would cheat on you Casey, I mean look at her. She has a lot of tattoos and I'm sure she has a lot of piercings as well" my dad said.

"Wait, I have a lot of tattoos. Does that mean you don't like me?" Chet asked. "I have a few tattoos as well. Does that mean you don't like me either?" Coral asked. It's nice to know Chet and Coral are sticking up for Danni even though they don't know her that much. I shot them both a grateful smile.

"We didn't mean it like that. You two live at home. Danni doesn't live with her parents so she has to pay for the house she live in plus the food and any other expenses that come with it and she has no job and I know you two wouldn't cheat or anything like that" My mum said. "The house is paid for, her parents paid for it. You don't know what Danni is like. I led her on for six fucking months, got jealous when she went out to dinner with her friend and called her a whore but she forgave me and gave me a chance to show her how much I genuinely care about her" I said.

"So she sponges off her parents rather than get a job?" My dad said. "No, her parents offered because they're rich. Danni babysits to get money and her parents give her money each week" I said. "Her parents are rich?" They asked, surprised.

"How do you think we had so much money coming back from the Caribbean and Bora Bora?" I asked. "Wait you went to the Caribbean and Bora Bora?" Coral asked. "Yeah, we all went to the Caribbean for three weeks and Bora Bora for a week" I said. "Was it good?" Chet asked. "Yeah it was great, well apart from the drama Betsy caused" I said.

Danni come back a few minutes later and it looked like she was crying. "Casey, can you take me home please? I don't feel well" she sniffled. "Yeah sure, just let me pay for our food and we'll go" I said, grabbing the money for my jeans. "It was nice to meet you all" Danni smiled weakly. I gave her the keys and she waited in the car.

I went up and paid for mine and Danni's food and went back to grab my stuff. "As long as your with Danni, don't bring her anywhere near the house when you come over" my dad said. "Well I guess you won't see me anymore then" I said, walking out the door.

Danni's P.O.V
When I say down in Caseys car, I took my heels off. I heard most of the conversation Casey had with his parents which resulted in me crying again. Do they really think they I'd cheat on Casey after everything that's happened to us?

Casey got in the car a few minutes later. "Sorry about them babe, I love you so much. Nothing will ever break us up, I promise" he said. I done nothing to them, I offered to pay for the food, I was so nice to them, why do they hate me?

Caseys P.O.V
"Why do they hate me Case? What did I ever do to them?" Danni asked sadly. I broke my heart to see the girl I'm in love with so upset.

"Nothing babe, they haven't liked any of my girlfriends after Betsy" I said. "I don't get it though, why do they still like her after she cheated on you?" She asked. "Honestly babe, I don't know" I said, keeping my eyes on the road.

We got home a few minutes later. When we got in, everyone was still in the sitting room and Danni ran up and changed into her pyjamas. I walked into the sitting room and sat down. Everyone shot me looks and waited for me to tell them what happened at the meal. "What happened man, do they like her?" Jake asked.

"They hate her. I don't know why though, she has been so nice to them from the moment we arrived and even when we left, she was still nice to them. Chet and Coral like her though" I said. "That happened with your last girlfriend" James said. "Yeah, after Betsy, they haven't liked any of my girlfriends" I said.

Danni came down a few minutes later wearing the hoodie she robbed on me the first day we met, pyjama shorts, fluffy socks and her glasses. She looked so adorable. I opened my arms and she sat on my lap and cuddled into me.
