Vish:-
Mumbai's irritating traffic woke me up.
I was literally in my dreamland with my dream girl, and Mumbai is known to destroy my dreams.Anyways, I reached the airport and killed 2 hours of my life waiting for the flight, killed an hour to travel, and killed an hour more to reach my uncle's house from Chennai airport.
Here, in Chennai, there's a model living right next to my uncle's house. This is actually one of the reasons for me visit their house. On many occasions, she used to visit my uncle's house and I eventually got to know her.
My rich dad and my ultra-rich uncle arranged a mini AC bus to travel from Chennai to Kanchipuram, some 75kms from the city. The next day we boarded the bus. As soon as we entered the city, there were a bunch of saree shops inviting the money we had to their wallet. Believe me or not, we spent 2 hours just going from one shop to another, spending 3 lakhs in 2 hours. I could have bought a gaming pc and a camera with that amount of money man!! Ugh, annoying...
At last, we went to a hotel there, and thank god, I got a separate room to kill 2 more days there...
To be honest, the view from my balcony wasn't bad, hence I took some good pics.
To make the trip more 'interesting, I had requested that model to accompany us for the whole trip. After a lot of requests, she fortunately agreed.
I took some rest.
After an hour, my dad barged in and told us that we had to go to the temple.
Just to click some pictures of that model, flirt with her, and admire the architecture I joined them.
Our first stop was Varadaraja Temple :
This is an extremely old and beautiful temple in Kanchipuram, the specialty of this temple is that the wooden idol here is kept underwater for 40 years (wood when submerged underwater disintegrated to become smaller pieces, but in this case, it did not happen) and is taken out for pooja once in 40 years.
