A Surprising Change-Pari

After half an hour or so, Vish came back. He looked pretty serious. He said- " Let's get going to our rooms. Tomorrow, the King is gonna make arrangements for our ride. Just in the matter of seconds, we'll be there on the Island". 

I interrupted, "Vish, can we go around for a walk or something? Like, if you are free and if you don't mind!" in my mind I was like "Eehh, what if he says no??!"

Vish said- "Yep, I'm free, let's go". 

Just then we spotted a guard, Vish asked where was the Royal Garden, the guard replied that we had to go near the borders, that's where the garden is and he also added saying the Princess, Pav, Aadi, and Aditi are also there.

I felt a bit irritated... I wanted to tell Vish something important in private but looked like I wouldn't get it in this kingdom. To go to the royal garden, we had to swim a lot. That's when I thought that something is wrong with this guy. A guy who used to flirt endlessly was now talking less. He was deeply thinking about something. I asked him about it a lot of times, but he somewhat diverted the topic to something else. A highly extroverted guy is hiding something now. It made me feel worried about him. It's very rare that I get worried for somebody else.

As I was engrossed in thinking about Vish, I didn't realize that we had reached the Garden. Just a mile away from that garden, I could see the check post. As we neared the entrance, I saw Princess of the kingdom and Pav in one corner and  Aadi and Aditi in the other. Just as they saw us, they just continued with their business.

I looked at Vish in a confused way, he said "Looks like Pav has made a magic on the Princess" and he laughed. I said, "What about Aadi and Aditi?" for which he said, "At last both of them came together ah!! Thank God. You know what, Aadi had told me that he had seen a girl in Violet in his dreams, completely matching the looks with Aditi. Today, in the boat, Aditi had agreed that she'd developed some feelings towards him."

I gave a smile.

Inside, I was like, "Ah, I know about you idiot, I also know that you've seen me in your dreams, and you've been searching for a girl like me where ever you go. Aditi has told me everything about you because you know what, I like you, idiot. The day I saw you flirting with Aditi, I went and warned her. Then she told everything about you and she admitted that she liked Aadi".

Just as I was thinking about it, I moved my head towards the check post. Surprisingly, the soldiers protecting the check post were gone. I ran to the princess and asked, "Can your guards leave the check post and go?". She giggled and said, "No Pari, they can't.. And why are you asking such silly questions now?". I pointed my fingers towards the check post. 

The princess stood up and surprisingly said, "This is impossible!"

Aadi and Aditi came on and said, "Guys, even the guards of this garden are missing!"

Vish: There's something about to happen here.
Aadi: Princess, do you have any enemies?
Princess: No, I think this is an attack by Kali's allies. Do you guys have your weapons with you?

All of us nodded except Vish.
We all have an angry look at him.

Vish: Oh come on guys, my sword is very heavy. I can't take it wherever I go.

Just then there was a blast near the check post. I asked Vish to take the Princess back to the castle and also inform about this incident to the king and ask him to deploy troops here.

They both ran towards the castle and all four of us, took out our weapons ready to defend the Kingdom.
