Advises for the war- Vish

I guess I'd got a new spike of energy after lifting my sword. King Takshaka showed me my room and asked me and Pari to visit his room before going to bed.

After enjoying a great feast organized by the King, I and Pari went to meet the King. Just as we came in, he started,
"It's not a coincidence that you guys are here. Lord Vishnu wanted me to brief you about certain things.
1. Who is Kali?
2. What he can do and what he's been doing?
3.Why should you stop him from attacking Shambhala
4.How can you guys stop him from attacking Shambhala?
5. Who will train you guys?
6. Why are only you guys chosen for that?
7. What is Shambhala?"

Just then, Pari - "Why are only we both here? Shouldn't the others know about this?"

For this, the King said, "Prerana, my child, you'll get this question's answer at the sheer end of the war. I cannot reveal it right now, some things are to be said at a specific time, in front of some selected persons, by the right person only, and this is not the correct time, nor are you guys the only audience and not am I the right person to answer your question". 

"Now, let me tell you what I've been told to tell you.
1.Kali is the Yuga purusha of this yuga. That means, he's the king.
2. For, the past 100 years, he's been trying to find Shambhala. After failing for 98 years, he had found out the location of Shambhala. In the beginning, all the gods thought that the military force of the city would be enough to keep him away from the city, because, Shambhala was technologically far more advanced than Kali's army, but they were wrong. As soon as he got to know the location of the city, he sent Koka and Vikoka, the twin army generals to destroy the city's navy. He focused only on the navy. When the navy was completely destroyed, he captured their naval command's technology i.e. Space-Time Dilation.
As he had got the Dilation technology, he started gathering all the old rakshasas that were previously killed by Lord Vishu. From the start of the world, all rakshasas are now in Kali's army making his army far more better and powerful than Shambhala's military force.
The other harmful thing about him having the technology of that he's aware of everything. He also knows that you people are here, I'm telling you about his achievements.
With the space-time dilation tech, he can reach at any time instance in any parts of the universe.
3.Shambhala is going to be the birthplace of Lord Kalki, the 10th avatar of Vishu, aimed to destroy Kali and his allies. But there is still a lot of time left for the arrival of that avatar and Lord Vishnu cannot take the avatar before the specified time. If Kali destroys this place, there will be no place that will be fit for the birth of an avatar of the lord. Thus Kali will prevail until the maha pralaya that will make dharma lose.
4.You are currently the only hope for all gods to stop him and that's why all gods have given you their divine weapon. The only thing that you need to do is to master it, develop a good defense plan against the forces of Kali.
5.The great sage Rishi Veda Vyas will train you, people. He'll make you master in warfares.
