Bumblebee was having a hard time grappling with the yellow and teal bot. They may have looked as if they were the same age, but the teal bot was stronger.
They delivered blow after blow to each other, either hitting or blocking. It was impossible to tell who was winning.
Bulkhead was frustrated with the green and gold bot. He was small and thin and bent unnaturally. He guessed it was because he had so many limb replacements, or so it seemed. The gold bot kept dodging his attacks.
Duck under the mace, attempt to deliver a strike to his arm or his side, hit a plasma shot with his blade, attempt to deliver a blow to his arm.
Bulkhead was finally able to deliver a strike to the thin bot, striking his chassis with his mace. The green and gold bot stumbled back, holding his chassis with his unarmed hand.
"Brute!" He seethed, launching forward again to strike with his sword in rage.
This was a predictable move. As the green and gold bot shot forward, Bulkhead shot him again in the chassis. The green and gold bot was thrown backward, he fell to the ground and gave up.
Optimus and Compton were put against the strongest of the three. Toxin was a lithe and strong fighter, able to dodge every hit they tried to make.
Toxin was able to throw Compton away, tossing the feline into the wall of the cave. He attempted to get up, but failed.
Optimus raised his sword and brought it down several times, never hitting Toxin once. However, Toxin made several hits to Optimus' frame. Mostly small scrapes to his arms and sides, nothing major quite yet.
The prime grunted as he took another hit to his arm, his attempt to dodge futile. Toxin pulled his arm back and hit Optimus directly between his optics. The red bot stumbled back, his arm shooting up to defend his face.
His vision became fuzzy for a moment, giving Toxin ample time to land several hits. Optimus tried his best to dodge, but failed miserably. After several punches and slices, the primes fell onto his back.
He grunted, rolling onto his side to right himself. As he did so, he looked up to see a blaster being pointed in his face.
"How ironic is this?" The black mech asked, "You spend several hundred years fighting the warlord Megatron and you perish at my hands? What. A. Pity! Any last words p-"
Before Toxin was able to finish his sentence, a green plasma shot landed on of his men. What made him pause was the fact that it didn't come from him or any of the autobots, it came from the ship behind them.
"What in the- AGH!" A shot landed on his back, shattering the tank, the liquid inside of it leaking onto the ground.
Toxin shrieked horribly as the liquid was spilled, his optics widening. He stumbled backwards, giving Optimus time to right himself. While the black mech was distracted, Optimus stood up and landed a blow to Toxin's face.
The mech stumbled and fell, screaming.
"Retreat!" He cried as a groundbridge opened near the mouth of the cave.
The three bounty hunters bolted toward the bridge and disappeared.
"What was that about?" Bulkhead questioned.
Optimus huffed, straightening his back and standing at his full height.
::Someone was shooting...:: Bumblebee said, looking up.
"Beelzebub?" Compton spoke up, shifting back into his bipedal form, "Is that you?"
They all looked up at the open back hatch of the ship. Peeking over the side was another black and green bot. But she looked different than Toxin did, her audial fins peeked slightly over her head.
