"What's your plan?" Raptore asked the taller mech standing next to him.

The two of them were standing behind a rock, peeking out at the dome far in front of them. Though Raptore had only known Raistlin for a few minutes, maybe an hour, he could tell the knight had a plan.

"My original plan was to dispatch my minicons to one side of the dome, then I would venture to the other; hopefully maintaining the element of surprise. However, they may already know we're here..."

"Don't try to blame that on me, your minicons are kinda brightly colored. I'm green, so I blend in." Raptore said before he could be accused of anything.

Raistlin rolled his optic, then pointed to the dome.

"These aren't your average decepticons, Raptore, as I've said. They have lined their temporary dwellings with cameras, making it ten times more difficult for us to attack without their notice."

Raptore smirked slightly. He was actually pretty great at avoiding cameras, which could be a real asset.

"I can avoid cameras." Raptore said.

"Oh really?" Raistlin questioned, "How can you do that?"

"I'm more lithe than I look, I can sneak past those cameras with no problem!"

Raistlin shook his head. He was beginning to think that this youngling was nothing but a common thief back on Cybertron, but he rethought this, knowing that judging people by their supposed talents was never a good decision. And he most likely didn't live on Cybertron

"You said there were to entrances, right?" Raptore questioned.

"Yes," Raistlin said, "Why, do you have a plan?"

"Yes actually. I'm not normally good at formulating plans, but I can actually think this time. Since I can sneak past cameras so easily, I can sneak right on past them and get to the door. Once I'm there, I can break through that door and unlock the other."

"And you think you can do all this without being noticed at all?" Raistlin questioned, stepping back behind the rock to process this.

"With luck, sure, why not? We can take down those decepticons easily, there's four of us, and two of them! When they're gone, we can get out of here!"

Raistlin thought for a moment. Maybe this could work, the youngling did say he had experience with sneaking about... But this could also fail miserably. Though this plan could use some polish, he knew he didn't have time for that kind of time.

These decepticons had a horrible reputation for tearing bots apart. Raistlin would have hated knowing that his procrastination would have cost someone's life.

"Alright," Raistlin finally said, "This plan may work. But what to do when we get in..."

"Kick their afts," Ferris said, "Duh..."

"Watch your mouth..."

"I hope this works..." Tiger Lily mumbled...

-!=!-

Raptore decided to use one of his alt modes, the raptor, to climb down the ledge. He used his claws to dig into the rocky face and climbed down with ease.

He shifted back into his root mode and snuck across the landscape. The dome was still omitting the same incandescent white light, which would make it just a little bit more difficult for him to sneak around.

The cameras on the dome were very obvious. They were on pivots, which meant they spun. Yep, he should have taken that into consideration when formulating this plan. But there really wasn't any going back now.
