I woke up to the all familiar buzzing of my alarm as I dragged my body out of bed for another day of school. I snuck my way around the house, making sure not to wake up everyone. As I put my phone in my bag, I saw the book and decided I had a few minutes to read a few more pages. That might have been one of the brainless decisions I have ever made.

I pulled out the book and opened it to the next chapter. This "wonderful" chapter talked specifically about how I need to take down the government. They first wanted me todo this dumb thing for them, and now I have to follow their plan.

I literally have no say in how this plays out. Nevertheless, I kept reading and found out the plan they had set for me. They first want me to break into the Capitol, then for me to hack the system and find a file saying all the dots are fake.

But does that file actually exist? There is such a small chance any of this is true but, I guess if I want to find out; I'll have to do as the book says. I put the book back in my bag and walked out the door. As I was walking through the forest I heard my phone ring. It was a call from Aaron.

"Hey! What's up, you usually aren't up this early?" I said with a slight bit of worry in my voice.

"My sister got sick so I have to stay home and take care of her. Do you want to take a day off and help me out?" He said in a way that made it sound like he was begging me to say yes.

"Sure I need a break anyway. I'll be over in 10?" I said not exactly sure how long it would take to get to his house.

"Thank you, my sister is a demon when she is sick" He said while I laughed and hung up the phone.

His sister is so sweet just not to him. Today is going to be a good break from school and a good chance to read the book and talk with Aaron. Thankfully my mom doesn't really care if I skip school, not for just a day at least.

I turned around and started my walk to Aarons. His house is farther than mine, so I put my headphones on and started walking a bit faster. I ended up at his house faster than I thought I would so I just walked up to the door and knocked.

Aaron opened the door with a stressed look on his face but it softened into relief when he saw it was me. How bad can his sister be that he looked stressed?

Then I saw it. It wasn't just his youngest sister, it was all 3 of his sisters. This was going to be an exciting day.

They saw me and seemed happy that they weren't left with their brother. I know Aaron was trying but 3 sick, moody girls are not fun to deal with. I went into the kitchen with Aaron and talked for a bit. I was making soup while Aaron sat on the counter.

"So did you find out anything new?" Aaron asked not specifying what he was talking about but I already knew.

"Yeah, we have to break into the Capitol and hack their files," I sighed, looking at Aaron for a moment then back to the soup.

"So we need a tech guy or one of us needs to know how to hack things," He said.

"I guess. I take a computer class but I don't know stuff like that" I said trying to think of someone that might know how to hack systems.

"What about Mr. Moon? He knew about the book and the research. Maybe he'll know how to hack the system" He had a point but I still feel like he is hiding things.

After thinking about it for a minute it might be worth asking him, however, he is going to need to earn my trust. I don't trust him after all the secrets he kept and how he was sketchy about giving me the book title.

That was the end of the conversation for the time being because I had finished the soup and brought it to the poor girls lying across the couches watching TV. They all thanked me and ignored their brother when I handed them their bowls.

They were all the sweetest but siblings are always fighting even when they are helping each other. The rest of the day was pretty quiet. We watched the girls as they slept and asked for more soup but other than that we didn't do much.

Aaron's sisters were all asleep so we sat on the empty count together. Aaron held me in his arms as we continued binge-watching the same show that has been on all day.

"Yall better be dating or I am gonna kill you both" Aarons sister Rosie said when she woke up and saw us.

"Hush Rosie and go back to sleep. We aren't dating" Aaron said looking sternly at her sister.

"But you should!" She whined.

I rolled my eyes and let out a small laugh. I actually never thought of dating Aaron. He has always been there for me and I do care a lot about him. Maybe Rosie had a point we would be a good couple.

"I am sorry about her. She has always been nosy you know that" He said, snapping me out my thoughts.

He pulled me slightly closer as we went back to the show. I tried to focus on the show but the only thing I could think of was , "do I love my best friend?"
