Chapter 14 - Katherine

"I'm not looking forward to this sleep over tonight," I said plopping down on Ayo's bed.

"Why? Is it because I invited Natasha? If you are really uncomfortable with her coming I'll say that we cancelled," she suggested.

"No it's not that, and yes I'm am kind of uncomfortable with her coming but it's fine," I told her.

"Then what's the problem?" She asked, laying blankets in the floor.

"It's just that I can't tell you everything while she is here. And a lot has happened today. so actually yeah it is really about her," I explained. I needed to talk to someone about the fight today and about Carter. He hasn't texted or called me at all.

"Hey ladies, who's ready to party?" Natasha said as she came into the room.

"Hey Natasha!" Ayo said going up to hug her.

"Come on, just because I don't know you doesn't mean we can't hug and be friends," Natasha said pulling me up from the bed giving me a hug. Then we sat down on the bed.

"Actually we are sleeping in the screening room now," Ayo said taking the pillows and blankets from the floor. We followed her down stairs and through thick black curtains. The place was huge, a big movie screen with couches laid out.

"This place is amazing," I said with my mouth slightly open.

"Yeah, this place is bigger than my whole living room," said Natasha jumping around on the couches and I joined her.

"You have a popcorn machine," I shouted jumping off the couch.

"And a milkshake bar but that broke down when Matt tried to make me one," Ayo explained. "This whole place was my idea so be proud."

The whole night we just talked and watched movies and ate... well everything.

"And that's how I got her and Matt together," Natasha finished and we were all laughing so hard.

"Wow I feel so jacked up right now, did you put something in our drinks?" I asked. I felt really good, kind of out of it and hazy. But I just assumed because I haven't felt relaxed in a long time so I didn't really think about it.

"Yeah same, how are you not messed up right now?" Ayo asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I don't know maybe you all are just crazy," Natasha said laughing.

• Next Morning
I woke up and saw Natasha on her phone, Ayo was still sleeping. She had a mustache on her face and I started to laugh.

"What hell happened?" I asked Natasha.

"I don't know you guys just went crazy last night. I like your mustache," she pointed out. I grabbed my phone and turned on the camera.

"How did this happen? And why don't you have one?" I asked confused. I have no idea what happened last night, it was driving me crazy.

"Cause I didn't want one. You guys basically drew them on," she said laughing.

"Hey you guys," Ayo said waking up. "I like your mustache."

"Same with you," I said raising an eyebrow. Her smile faded away and she quickly got up and went to the bathroom. She screamed so loud I heard a dog barking next door. Me and Natasha got and went to the bathroom.

"What the hell, I have temporary tattoos all over my arm. You know how long it will take for me to take these off," she shouted.

"Aw, sorry but it was your idea," Natasha pointed out.

"How do you remember everything that happened last night?" Ayo asked confused and I nodded agreeing with her.

"Come on I'll help you scrub then off if you want," Natasha suggested. It took about an hour and half to scrub off all the tattoos and by the end her arm was so red.

"So what do you guys want to do now?" Natasha asked.

• Next Day,
I walked to first period with Nash, on the way I saw Natasha talking to Cameron. She looked pissed. They were yelling at each other and by the end he just walked away leaving her still yelling at him over the noisy hallway.

"You can't protect her forever!" She yelled.

"Watch me!" He yelled back still walking.

"What was that about? I've never seen Cameron so mad before," I asked Nash confused. Who was he trying to protect and why?

"Didn't he tell you?" Nash asked and I shook my head. "They dated and she is probably mad that he moved on so fast. She was a cool person I guess but not like you," he explained.

"Oh I know," I said and he laughed.

"What's funny is that I don't remember anything about that sleepover. All I really remember is going to Ayo's house and waking up the next morning," I explained sitting down next to him.

"We're you guys drinking or anything?" He asked with a concerned look.

"No, but Natasha did bring brownies and bottles of soda," I answered.

"Bro, I think she got you guys drunk and high," Nash said laughing.

"Are you serious? That bitch. Why would she do that?" I asked but Nash kept laughing. "Oh so you think this is funny."

"No, it's just that. I can't believe you didn't see that coming. She's a terrible person," he explained laughing slightly.

"But why would she do this?," I asked.

"Probably because Cameron likes you and you like him," he said grinning.

"No I do not," I said clearly offended that he would think that. But it was kind of true.

"Oh don't play dumb. You know he likes you and you like him. Don't deny it. Just let love happen," he said drawing a heart in the air.

"I have a boyfriend," I reminded him.

"Dump his ass, he hasn't called you since the first day of school right?" He asked and I nodded. "You just proved my point." He was right. I have to talk to Carter about our relationship, about everything.

"Hey Katherine can we talk?" I heard.
