Chapter 30 - Katherine

After two weeks of being in the hospital, I was so happy to back home. I even missed school to be honest. The guys, Ayo, and Natasha have been a big help too. Cameron would visit me every morning, everyday at his lunch period, and everyday after school to bring me homework and just hang out with me until visiting hours were over. He's literally the perfect boyfriend.

Carter would visit me now and then too. He's still my best friend and I don't know what I would do without him.

"You ready to go?" My mom asked and I nodded. "Are you going to miss this place?" She asked me with a laugh.

"Hell no! K-dog is out," I said walking out of the room and my mom laughed following closely behind me. We put everything else into the trunk and we both got into the front of the car.

"So, what's going on between you and Cameron?" Mom asked.

"Why?" I asked chuckling.

"Why? I want to have a mother daughter bonding. And that includes the deluxe package of sharing secrets," she said and I laughed.

"Everything is perfect," I smiled looking out the window again. "Is Michael staying with us?" I asked her after a couple minutes of silence.

"Oh no. He is staying in a hotel," she said and I nodded.

"Why did he leave in the first place mom?" I asked.

"That's his place to tell you sweet heart. We are having dinner tonight to discuss the topic," she said and I nodded.

When we got home I helped my mom carry the stuff in. We both walked inside and I saw a big banner hanging. "Welcome home Katherine."

"Surprise!" everyone yelled.

"Oh my god! What is all this?" I asked smiling, looking around at all the decorations.

"Isn't it obvious?" Natasha laughed.

"It's your welcome home party," Ayo yelled and everyone cheered.

"Welcome back baby," Cameron said coming up to me and kissed me.

"I'm glad to be back," I smiled and everyone else jumped on me.

"Hello?" I heard and saw Michael standing there.

"My day just got worse," I mumbled and everyone laughed.

"Michael, she just got back so we will see you tonight. Let her be with her friends," mom said and I smirked at him.

"Ok fine," he said and walked out.

"So, what are we going to do today?" I asked.

"We are planning on going to the cliff," Taylor said.

"Sounds fun! I'll get my stuff," I said.

"We already packed it for you," Ayo said and I laughed.

"Thank you," I said as she handed me the bag.

"Well, have a good time guys. I'll see you later," mom said pushing us out the door.

"Mom, are you trying to get rid of us?" I asked laughing.

"Yes, now go," she said and shut the door.

"That hurt," Gilinksy said.

"Ok, let's head out," Nash said walking off the porch.

"We are out," Taylor laughed.

"You know what I meant," he laughed.

"Are we walking there?" I asked.
