"You're her dad?" I asked shocked.

"Yes," he said giving him a confused look. "And who do you happen to be?" He asked me.

"I'm her future boyfriend," I said.

"Yeah right," Carter mumbled.

"Did you say something?" I asked pretending like I didn't hear him the first time.

"Oh, nothing important," he smiled at me and I rolled my eyes.

"What happened between you and Katherine?" Kat's dad asked.

"The real question is, where have you been all this time?" I snapped at him.

"Who are you to be asking me that?" He asked me.

"Didn't we already go through this?" I asked him.

"Cameron stop," Carter said.

"Yes, listen to Carter. He's the type of boy I want my daughter to be dating. Not some reckless skater boy," he said looking at me in disgust.

"First of all, I don't even know how to skateboard and second of all, at least I how to have fun and make people feel good unlike you," I snapped and I heard Carter face palm himself.

"Excuse me, young man you can't talk to me like that. Especially, if you want to date my daughter," he smirked.

"Katherine hates you. Whenever someone brings you up she says I would rather eat glass for the rest of my life then talk to him again," I explained.

"You're lying, my Kat would never say that," he chuckled.

"She did say it though Michael," Carter said. "She said that since you left her behind. She's going to leave you behind and never look back."

"I just have to explain to her why I left in the first place. Where is she?" He asked.

"She's in a coma dick head. That's why we are all out here," Ayo snapped.

"Have some common sense," Natasha mumbled to Ayo rolling her eyes.

"Right," Ayo mumbled back.

"What happened? Why is she in a coma?" Michael asked. I'm not sure what to even call him anymore.

"Why would you let him back in your life after what he put you through?" Carter asked Diana.

"I didn't let him back in my life and I never will. He disappeared because he went to his other family. For good," she explained.

"You knew about it the whole time?" I asked.

"No, I found out when I went back home for the "business trip"," she said.

"You were gone on and off for two months," Carter snapped.

"I know, I'm sorry," she said crying.

"Now that we got all this cleared up. Can I please go see my daughter now?" He asked.

"Yes, she's over here," Diana said and led him to her room while we followed closely behind.

Diana is Katherine's mom and Michael is her dad BTW

"Oh, my poor baby," he said brushing off a piece of hair from her face.

I tensed up when he touched her. He's not as bad as I imagined him to be. He's worse. I don't think I can trust him. Something about him just seems off.

"Do you know when she will wake up?" He asked the nurse.

"It's unpredictable. She'll wake up when she wakes up," I snapped.

"I didn't know that you were a nurse. But I guess the look kind of makes sense," he smirked and I got mad.

"That's it," I said and was about to go at him, but they guys held me back.

"When Katherine wakes up. I'm going to talk to her and you'll never see her again. I'll get a restraining order of I have to," he said.

"That's just going to make her hate you even more. I wouldn't try it," I said getting out of their hold.

"She'll forgive me, but I don't think she'll forgive you," he said.

"Michael enough," Diana said to him sternly.

"What's that suppose to mean?" I asked, looking him up and down.

"You're the reason she's here, right?" he asked.

"No! It's no ones fault. It was her decision and her mistake. I bet you, she will wake up and hate you more than ever. And I will be there to help her try not to kill you," I shouted.

"Cam! Enough!" Nash shouted.

"If you guys are going to be loud then take this outside," the nurse told us.

"No need. We're done," he told her.

"Yeah, for now," I said giving him a dirty look and he sighed sitting down in a chair.

I looked over at Katherine's direction and sat down in her bed with her.

"Michael it's ok," Carter said pushing him back down in the chair.

"No it's not. This fag boy can't be anywhere near my daughter. When she wakes up we are moving back to Florida," he snapped standing up.

"No, we aren't. But you are, we have a life here now and I don't want to see you walking around with your new family while your old family is on the side. So when Katherine is up and ready, you need to go back," Diana ranted.

"We will talk later," he said.

"No, we won't," she said walking out of the room and he followed her.

I turned my attention back on Katherine. She looked so peaceful.

"Come on man. We should leave her be for awhile," Taylor said grabbing my shoulder. I nodded in agreement and we started to walk out until we heard something.

"Cameron," we heard someone groan and it was Katherine.

"Kat!" I shouted and ran over to her, kneeling by her side.

"Hey, how you doing?" Carter asked her.

"How do you think she's doing, she just woke up from a coma ass hat," I snapped at him.

"Stop it you guys," she managed to say.

"What was that I heard you say? When you first woke up," I asked smiling because I already knew the answer. I just wanted to hear her say it again.

"I said Cameron. You're the one I want to be with," she said smiling.

"What about me? I support you guys and all but I still want to be in your life," Carter asked.

"You are still going to be in my life. You're still and always will be my best friend," she smiled.

"I told you she was awake," Johnson said coming into the room with her parents along with a nurse and doctor.

"Baby, I'm so sorry this happened," her mom cried.

"It's ok, it wasn't anyone's fault except mine," she said then looked up to Michael. "And what are you doing here?"
