Annie sat down under the tree her best friend armin beside her, the two of them enjoyed the breeze and the comfortable silence and just let nature move and slowed down time.

The silence was broken however when armin asked a question that caught her off guard.
Annie do you like someone? Armin asked his face turned to face her.
Annie widened her eyes in surprise. I... Yes.. She replied looking at the soft grass beneath her taking a quick glance at armin's hands that were inches away from her own. So near.. Yet so far.. She thought.

I.. See do i know him? Armin asked as he looked away from her and stared at the clear blue sky.

Um.. Yeah.. You do. Annie replied.
Oh.. Can you describe him to me?he asked.
Annie thought about it for a moment, if she did that he might find out.. But then again she knows armin,  armin would keep inquiring about it until he gets an answer that satisfies him.

Annie sighed she knows her love might be one sided but it's worth a shot right?

He's.. Smart.. He loves to learn about things that he finds interesting.. He is fascinated by the ocean despite it being just a big body of water to me,but  he made me see meaning about it... Annie looked at him directly

Armin seems to get the clue his eyes were wide and his lips were pursed and he has light dust of pink on his cheeks.

He also knows me best.. Even better than me. He is a dreamer, he has a beautiful mind.. That's probably bigger than the earth both of them chuckled when she said that.

The two of them inched closer their hands almost touching, they never broke eye contact their chest both felt like breaking from the uncontrollable loud heartbeat.

Your person sounds like a wonderful guy annie.. Armin said.
Yeah.. Annie replied she herself feeling her face warm up from their close proximity.

I wanna tell you about the person I like.. He said.

Oh? Okay.. Go on.. She said

She's mysterious, she is unlike any mystery book ive read..everytime i solve and get to know a part of her it feels like there's still more i dont know about.. She often claims she's cold and like a dull rock but i disagree with her... As armin said that he touched annie's face earning a bright red blush from the other blonde.

You see i think she is actually a warm person once she let's people in.. And i personally comapare her to a crystal.. She doesnt see it but she shines everyday she just doesnt see her own beauty..

Say.. Annie.. Do you mind telling me who that person you like is? He asked as he played with annie's hair.

Annie's eyes widened, she cant believe this is actually happening. The person...
I-... Its you..armin annie said locking gazes with him as she held his hand.

Armin smiled and the pink in his cheeks became more evident.

The person I like too... Is.. You...annie armin said.. Now fully intertwining their hands together.

With their hand intertwined, feelings connected and hearts hammering in their chest the two leaned forward, armin held the back of annie's head to pull her even closer. Annie closed her eyes preparing to meet his lips, armin closed his eyes too sealing their lips together and the two just enjoyed the warmth surrounding them. Today it was just them in the world with nothing but their heartbeats as the sound.
