I was playing cod when Alex rushed to my room
al- your sister's here and she's passed out Ch- WHAT! I rushed out the door to the living room where i saw my sister on the couch and everyone around her i pushed through and got to the front i checked her Pauls on her neck Ch- god damn it she didn't let it go through G- she didn't let what go thought He said raising his voice Ch- she was supposed to have a panic attack but she held her breath so it wouldn't go through can someone get me an ice pack
Ka- I'll go She went into the kitchen an came back with and ice pack in her hand she handed it to me and i put the ice pack on y/n's neck Ch- 1..2..3..4..5 I then put it in the middle of her elbow Ch- 1..2..3..4..5 Then I switched it to the other side Ch- can some one get 5 bottles of water PA- why Ch- cause when she wakes up she's gunna have a panic attack when i ask her about it PA- oh I'll go get it He left and y/n started to wake up she opened her eyes and sat up
Y/n's P.o.v I woke up to sway and hype house people around me i sat up and chase was in front of me with an ice pack in his hand
Ch- your awake Y/n- yeah is that sutch a surprise B- yup she's back to her old self PA- i got the water He put it on the coffee table behind chase Ch- why didn't you let it go through Y/n- because I didn't want to deal with it Ch- ok but what triggered it in the first place
I started to think about it my eyes turned dark blue witch ment that i was getting a flash back chase trained to distract me with the sound of his voice but it didn't work my breathing started getting. Heavy i was now hyperventilating and i had tears going down my face

He went up to chases room to get it and came back with the black bag i knew exactly what it was it was the inhaler this

Nick handed chase the bag and chase put it net to me and opened it he took the Machine out of the bag and then extended the cord then he turned on the machine and was trying to give me the mask but i shook my head
Ch- take it it's the only way your going to calm down I took it and put it on and help it on my nose and mouth i was breathing in and out my after a couple minutes i was able to calm down and breath by myself i gave back the mask to chase he turned off the machine and put it back in the box

Jaden chase after her then i went after jaden and then everyone else followed When we got tot he bathroom Jaden was already holding her hair back and comforting her Jh- it's ok just let it all out He started rubbing her back and soon she finished throwing up i got a cup that i had in my sink and filled it up with water then gave it to Y/n Ch- throw it out in the toilet She nodded and started to rinse her mouth with it then threw it in the toilet Jaden kneeled down to her height
