It is okay to cry. It has been way too long since you start holding yourself back just because it does not feel right to be that emotional. There are also instances where you are more emotional knowing you cannot define what made everything feel so heavy and you are acting so strong like you do not need anyone elses support for your emotional needs. Cry, it is fine. It is okay. When you are starting to be aware that little thing gains weight every second, cry. Do not let it be caged on a corner and be imprisoned forever, let it out. Let crying be your way of filling the gaps and spaces in moments you miss peoples presence. Cry until you feel you can breathe freely and happily again. Do not hold back that specific emotion especially on the period where it actually wants to show up. Nevertheless, as much as possible do not let it overpower you. Yes, you are allowed to be sad, to cry, mourn, shout even just by mind but do not always be like that. Let it be you not the emotion who will choose the day where you will gather yourself up.
