If there comes a moment that you feel not working at anything, let it be. Let the feeling makes you feel what you need to feel. Putting too much pressure and forcing yourself won't do anything good but just adds up to the number of weights you'll be carrying. It is also certain that when you keep working without exerting your sincerest intention on the activity, it will not work out. It will be a mess and that is something you wouldn't like having.
