Bakugo sighed a little. "All right you damn lizard get off me! my legs fell asleep!" he pushed Kirishima off his lap where the dragon had been for a while.
He stood up, wobbling a little. The dragon lowered his snout, about to let bakugo lean on him, but he was met with the blond pushing him away.
"Im fine Kirishima" he muttered.
The dragon kept close anyway, making sure his king was truly alright.
my king? he asked himself. where did that come from? Bakugo isn't a king yet- Kirishima shook off his thoughts. That wasn't important right now.
"Oi you shitty lizard did you hear me?" Bakugo nudged him. "Im ready-"
Kiri shook his head a bit and crouched low to the ground letting Bakugo climb onto his back. Once the blond was comfortable, sacks in hand, he patted kirishima's head lightly to signal he was ready to depart.
"To that fucking castle.." he says.
Kirishima let out a roar, launching himself into the air. he quickly evened out, starting to use the air currents to glide.
Bakugo tucked the sacks into a niche between The dragon's wing and back. hes done it before, and it wasn't uncomfortable for Kirishima.
He slowly stood up on the dragon's back, holding his arms out at his sides. Kirishima made sure to hold steady as he did.
He always did this, just standing on Kirishima's back. It made him feel good. Free. Bakugo closed his eyes, letting the wind hit him.
Kirishima blew a smoke ring into the air, watching it dissolve as it was blown around by the wind.
I love this.. the dragon thought. When its only me and my king- there it is again. I keep referring to him as King...
As they flew towards the castle, Bakugo carefully sat down on Kirishima's back again. He scratches behind the dragon's horns, listening to his purrs.
"You're like a cat." The blond mused. "Though I guess you kinda always were cat-like." He laughs a bit, and Kirishima purrs again.
Bakugo sighed, looking down at the ground. "Castle's just up ahead..you know what to do."
Kirishima looks down, and starts slowly descending towards the ground, landing carefully next to the castle.
Bakugo slid off his back and sighed.
