Bakugo sighed a bit, leaning against a tree and stared into the fire the blond had set with Kirishima's help.
The red-head was already asleep, his head on Bakugo's leg.
He originally put up a small argument about it, but eventually gave in when Kirishima did it anyway.
He gave in then, letting the dragon lay on him like he always did. it felt a bit weird at first, as there wasn't the huge dragon head in his lap, but he didn't complain. it was useless anyway.
he looked down at Kirishima. he studied him, how he had his body slightly curved in a 'C' shape, like he would in his dragon form, his mouth open a bit.
He was snoring quietly, his eyelids fluttering a bit. It was kinda cute.
Bakugo blushes a little at the thought. Surely he didn't just say that, right?
Surely he didn't just call his dragon cute?
He sighed a little, leaning against the tree and closing his eyes.
Okay..maybe he is but- NO! He thought. Can't think like that.
He slowly fell asleep leaning against the tree.

Kirishima awoke the next morning with a yawn, and sat up. He looks over to Bakugo, only to find the blond was gone.
He looks around. "Bakugo..?"
He bit his lip a little, not hearing a response.
"Bakugo!"
"Calm down you shitty lizard I'm right here!" Bakugo replied from outside. The cave.
"O..oh.." Kirishima walks outside towards him. "S..sorry."
Bakugo rolled his eyes. "Whatever." He replied. "Dont jump to conclusions okay?"
Kirishima nodded a bit. "Y..yeah...I won't. Im..sorry."
"Its fine." The blond replied. "Don't apologize."
The dragon nodded a bit. "Do we have to..go back? To the castle I mean."
"Unfortunately yes." Bakugo sighed. "I talked to some of the people in the village while you were bedridden. They say the bandits we've been trying to find were spotted heading farther into our territory."
"What's that have to do with going back?" Kirishima asked. "Can't we figure that out ourselves?"
"There's another reason we need to go back."
