11 - ❄️ Rooftop Session (2)

Rooftop Session - 2

The Rooftop Session series is not obligatory in chronological order. Rooftop session #2 could have happened before RS#1. That's not the case here but, I felt like I needed to say it.

Raziel was about to push a button on the remote control to choose a random universe to watch over when the door opened and a blond male walked entered the viewing room.

"Maponus," he greeted the other god.

The blond nodded his head toward him and his charge.

"Raziel, Neri."

"Healer Maponus."

Maponus was a male who looked no older than thirty -perhaps less, but who was, in reality, more than 2,000 years old. Like most deities, he was genderfluid (though some were genderless) but as far as Raziel knew, Maponus had always assumed a male appearance (apart from a few exceptions in the past). If you were to look at him, you would never guess that he was a healer. He looked more like a... what was that sports the mortals played... Oh yeah. He looked more like a Quarterback.

"Where's the Little One?"

Raziel nodded toward one of the couch, the one where Todoroki Touya -Dabi, and Kaminari Denki were sitting on.

"Alright. I'll be going, then."

"Will you stay with us afterwards?" Raziel asked before the blond could take a few steps forwards.

Maponus tilted his head on the side.

"Perhaps. I guess I will. It'll be relaxing. And the Kit will need some healing too, once they are retrieved."

Because of course, Maponus knew that they had planned to go grab Little Red once the young mortal was out of any direct threats to their life.

And so, Raziel and Neri watched as Maponus walked over to the three mortals surrounding the Little One and introduced himself as the Healer sent by them.

"Are you ready for the next universe, my dear?"

Neri blushed beautifully and nodded shyly.

"Yes, .̸̡̠̘̾́͠.̵͎͙͖͑̚̕.̸͕͓͉͒̓͝.̴͍͖̘͊̒̾~̸̞͓͒͒̀͜.̴͕̼͕̓̿.̵̡̪̐̈́͘~̴͍͙̝̀̀͝.̵͖̪͙̈́͐͘.̸͍̺͎̒̚͠."

Raziel may have been a minor deity, but they have been on this plane of existence longer than most deities. So their name was... unpronounceable for mortals. That's why he chose to go by Raziel. Even now, most deities didn't know their real name. Neri was a special case. He was their apprentice after all. Their only apprentice. The other apprentices were not chosen by Raziel but by other deities watching over the Multiverse. They were never enough people for this job.

After a few minutes, Maponus was back with them.

"He won't feel pain anymore. The effect of the Quirk has been nullified but he's still pretty much out of it."

Raziel nodded, satisfied. It was probably for the best because he had a feeling that the next universe wouldn't please the Little One.

Once everyone had been introduced to the newcomer (or was it the other way around?), Raziel grabbed the remote control and pushed a button.

Mina jumped up and down, excited to learn about 1-A's cinnamon roll. Pretty much everyone was curious even if some were reticent to admit it.

Shouta was curious too but he didn't like it, not really. It was a violation of Privacy but what was privacy for gods? The deities with them seemed okay but it's not like they could have done anything to stop this viewing.
