Chapter 9

Lenas POV

The rest of the ball was kinda boring Kara stuck with Maggie I would be jealous If I didn't know she has a boyfriend Kara seemed off I mean she had a real smile sometimes but other times it was fake I decided to leave early I mean I can it's my party "hey Kara I'm gonna turn in you coming" she nodded the group all came with us to say goodbye Kara hugged Maggie and whispered something I couldn't hear Maggie smiled and they all left we went in my room I turned to see Kara limping "Kara why are you limping"
She didn't have to answer I already knew it "let me see it" she changed and came back with her knee exposed it was bruised and cut pretty bad how did he hit her so hard I got a cloth and cleaned it up "you don't have to do this Lena I'm fine" she winced at the cold water "sorry and your right I don't but I want to because I care about you" her eyes lit up maybe it was time to shoot my shot "Kara you are so important to me and I couldn't imagine my life without you your not just a servant to me your more and I want you to be more then a friend to and you don't have to we can just forget about this and never speak of it ever-" I was cut off with soft lips pressed against mine "that was bold especially for you" she smiled "I've wanted to do that for a while now" I giggled "me too" I put my hand on her cheek and pulled her in for another kiss once we both ran out of breath we pulled apart "I had to make sure this was real and I'm not dreaming" she smiled at me "I'm thinking the same things you know good things don't exactly happen to me anymore and I would be crushed if this was a dream because after that I don't think I could go on with life not being able to do that again" "me too" I got up and changed into my short sleeve and shorts Kara was wearing a long sleeve and shorts I got in bed and opened my arms she wrapped her arms around my waist and snuggled into the crook of my neck "you know I could get used to this" I heard a muffled "me too" I played with her long golden locks once she fell asleep I just stared at her admiring every little detail her adorable crinkle that always gives her away her perfect brows her hair her everything I was head over heals for this girl I fell asleep feeling warm and loved it's a feeling I haven't felt in a long time a feeling I wanted for the rest of my life.
I opened my eyes and smiled when I looked down at the beautiful blonde hiding under the covers snugged up to me I stared for a while until her eyes fluttered open "your staring" I smiled "how could I not" she hid under the covers "you can't hide from me" I lifted her back up "you can't get away that easily" I pressed her lips against mine "wouldn't dream of it"
"So um are you my girlfriend?" She asked me "if you want yes" she had an adorable smile that could kill everyone "then your my girlfriend" I was so happy it's been so long since I've been truly this happy "so what are we gonna do no one is gonna like that a princess is dating a servant" I frowned at this "I don't know darling but I don't want to say anything to anyone except our friends maybe I can find away I would rather be a secret then loose you I just got you" she looked down "I don't want to loose you either" I could tell her was about to cry so I pulled her closer "it won't happen I'll find a way I promise" it was a big promise but one I am gonna keep I think I love her I won't loose her once I'm queen I want her by my side she would never have to clean anything ever again no one will hurt her she will be treated with respect "we have to get up"
"Noooooooo this is comfy" I chuckled "I know love but come on"
