armin pov:

After I apologized to the girl that fell because of me I had a weird conection while talking to her, it felt like I knew here for ages and it felt like I could trust her how weird it sounds.

Annie wanted to see me since she needed help with some stuff and I actually don't know why she asked me but I would like to help her. We walk together through the hall as I see someone in front of us leaving Captain Levi's office and hearing the person leaving a sigh. They probably got some problems with him.

"Hey are you listening" I hear Annie saying "yes yes I am, so u want me to help you with the odm gear?" I ask her as we walk outside "yes if u want of course"

After a while helping Annie with everything she thanks me  and leaves whilewaving a bit to me as I wave back. On my way back I sit on the ground against a wall, with my thoughts.

that girl looks exactly like y/n but I'm sure it isn't her y/n died years ago she can't be alive and if she would be alive at least she would tell me, right?

I move a little with my fingers on the ground kinda drawing something when I see someone coming towards me, Hange "Armin hi! I wanted to ask you if you could help me with something since yes you're smart I need your help!" they say "of course" I stand up and walk away with them.

y/n pov:

the person who was next to Annie was Armin, I wanted to follow them but I shouldn't but this weird feeling in me wanted to know what they're going to do. So I did what my feeling said and followed them, I see Armin helping Annie with the odm gear as they laugh and smile all the time.

gosh I miss laughing with him.

How am I ever supposed to tell him who I am, I bet he probably forgot about me, the reason why I don't wanna tell him is actually cause I have no reason it feels just to early to tell him and now I see that he is happy with his friends and Annie, I don't wanna make him sad by saying I'm still alive.

I see Annie waving back at Armin and then he suddenly sits against the wall, drawing something on the ground with his hand I guess. When I wanna walk over him I see Hange walking towards him and telling him something, he stands up and follows them with a smile.

I turn around heading back but then I see Sasha and Connie "are you spying on Armin?" Connie asks "no of course not why would I" I say as I push him away softly "hmm is there something you need to tell us" he says and stands before me "is y/n in love" he says half laughing. "No I'm not in love dummy, let's go it's almost dinner time" I tell him as Sasha walks next to me. "Huh what are you saying we just had lunch" Connie says.

After walking with Connie and Sasha I tell them that I'll go to the library since it's been a while reading some books, when I walk inside I see Jean sitting at a table next to the window and walk towards him "hey Jean boy" i say as I take a seat over him "oh hi y/n what brings you here" he asks me while drawing something "oh I wanted to read some books since it's been a while, what about you" I ask him looking over to see what he is doing but covering with his hand.

"It's not done yet" he continues drawing a bit and with the other hand hiding so I can't see it "but I just wanna see what you're drawing". "If it's done I'll show u okay?" I nod "okay I'll take some books and then I'll come back" he just continues what he was doing.

Standing up from my seat I walk towards the books, hmm what should I read they probably don't have anything about the outside world. Then I guess I'll just take a basic book? I look up and see a book that seems interesting but I can't reach to it since I'm a little short. "Ugh come on just a little bit" then suddenly someone from behind manages to take the book and hands it over to me, "thank you" I say and turn around.
