Merlin pov.
Morgause wanted the throne of Camelot. They're never original. It's always the power and it's always Camelot. Merlin sighed, even though breathing hurt and looked up. "Now, my dear sister Morgana may not see it yet, but I'm right." Merlin scoffed softly at that.
"I gave her that bracelet, but she didn't accept it even though she knew my intentions were good." She paused. Maybe it's because you radiate evil? Merlin thought angrily, focussing on the places where he wasn't hurting on a high level, so he could hande the pain. "I will show her what ruling looks like, and she will know that Uther was wrong."
"She knows Uther is wrong, Morgause." Merlin stated drily, ignoring the sharp pain that flowed through his lungs everytime he breathed. "Really? Then, why hasn't she done anything yet?" "Because," Merlin hissed through his teeth. "she knows that when Arthur becomes king, he will be the best Camelot has ever had. And she also knows that your intentions aren't peaceful. Because she's smart. She has patience."
Morgause clicked her tongue and leaned against the cold wall of Merlin's cell with an unreadable expression. "I am going to be queen of Camelot with my sister by my side and you, Emrys," She spoke his name with extra venom. "You are going to help me." This almost made him laugh. He refrained from doing it because he was already in enough pain as it was.
"Whatever gave you that idea? I would rather die than help you with your patethic plan, Morgause!"
She looked at him for six full seconds before sighing like a tired mother. Merlin watched as she pulled a large coin from her pocket and tilted an eyebrow. He catched a glimpse of what was on it. Was it some sort of tree? It was too dark to see more than that, so he digged into his memory to find anything tree related that he could work with. It resembled the Rowan tree, but what could he do with that information? Morgause saw his expression and just looked up as a guard brought in a bowl, putting it down on the floor before leaving again.
She flicked her wrist and rich golden flames erupted from it. Merlin couldn't do more than guess what she was going to be torturing him with. Morgause then threw the coin into the bowl of fire and waited.
A dark greyish snake erupted from the fire. It had a wide body and a lot of heads. Merlin rolled his eyes and suppressed a sad sigh. Can I not get tortured every week, please?
The snake hissed and all it's seven heads snapped in his direction. Merlin shivered when the yellow eyes made contact with his, and picked at a straw on the floor. The reptile followed his every move, not once taking it's venomous eyes off him. Merlin had been so focused on the multy headed snake that he almost jumped when Morgause spoke up again.
"I take it you know what a nathair is?" Merlin slowly nodded, frowning. Gaius had taught him about the snake and how it could cause pain beyond imagining. He was pretty sure that that one only had one head. "This one here, is related to those. It's called a Fomorroh, and it will help me convince you."
Merlin backed against the wall as far as he could to get away from whatever she was going to do him. Morgause had no emotion on her face. No joy, anger, sadness. It was just blank as she walked up to him and kneeled by his side.
"Sweet dreams. You're going to sleep for a while." She said, planting her hand on Merlin's chest and muttering something. Exhaustion suddenly washed over him and he blacked out.

Gwaine Pov.
Lilith had been really excited and eager to learn, so they skipped right to practicing when they reached the training field. She was currently going against a practice doll, absolutely killing it as Gwaine watched from the side, cheering for her. Percival eventually joined next to him, also watching the girl's determination.
"She's a natural at this." gwaine stated, grinning at Percy. "Of course. You are a good teacher, Gwaine." "I know." Both of them watched as it was Lancelot's turn to battle with her. She accepted with a broad smile on her face and danced lightly and agile on her feet in fighting stance.
The fight didn't last very long. Lilith and Lance were battling, Lancelot could almost use full speed with her. "Wherever did she earn those reflexes?" Percy questioned next to Gwaine. His eyes followed the two with interest, amusement plastered on his face. Gwaine sniggered at him. "I dunno, but it comes in handy as you can see."
They continued watching them. Lilith blocked all the attacks with her daggers and Lance was clearly surprised at how fast she'd learned his moves out of her head, put in more effort to see when she would be having a real challenge and managed to knock one of her daggers out of her hand. She didn't waste time trying to get it back and continued attacking him.
After a minute or so, Lancelot laughed in surprise when she charged forward with an almost unreal amount of energy. "How-" He stopped, warding off her attack and taking a few steps to confuse her.
Gwaine and Percival were cheering for Lilith the whole time, not caring about Lancelot at all. He just sneered at them and chuckled.
Eventually, Lancelot won by also knocking her last weapon out of her hands and holding his sword at her. She yielded, letting him help her up and Gwaine pouted, murmering something under his breath.
"You are really good at this." Gwaine heard Lancelot say. "Yeah, I am." She answered, picking her weapons out of the grass with a smirk. Gwaine chuckled softly. "Your starting to influence her behaviour." Percy said, turning his head towards him. Gwaine just gave him a challenging smile and walked over to take the daggers from Lilith.
"That was fun." She said, putting her hair up in a bun again now that it was messy.
"Told you. Maybe if you train with us more, Arthur will allow women to be knighted when he's king." Gwaine answered, knowing that Uther would never do it. Great bag of dicks...
It was already surprising of him to let Arthur knight them, because they weren't noblemen. Well, technically, he was, but still. uther had banned him once. He grinned at the memory.
He looked back at Lilith. She practically glowed with joy. The sun was not providing much warmth today, but that didn't really matter right now. Every once in a while, birds passed over them, chirping like there was no tomorrow.
Gwaine was pulled out of his thoughts by Lilith when she started shivering.
He frowned. She looked pale. "What's wrong?" He asked, kneeling until he was at her eye level. "It's nothing. I should leave now. It was fun, when can I do this again?" "Erm. I guess you could come here whenever you see fit. Are you sure you're alright?" Lilith gave him a quick smile and nodding. "I'm just cold, that's all." Gwaine didn't believe her. Something else was up. She knew something he didn't. Still, he decided to drop it. "Well, you should go home, then. "
"Yes, It was really fun, though!" With that, she waved at everyone, turned on her heel and sprinted away.
"Do you think it's something I said?" Gwaine asked Percy, frowning. He shook his head before answering, "No, she's probably just tired. she is training with knights," He patted Gwaine on the back of his shoulder, gesturing to Lance, who was sitting in the grass, having a break from their fight. "that's not child's play."
Gwaine shrugged and leaned on his friend with an arm. "Right, of course."
