At Trevor's house
Trevor pov
I am so excited to spend the weekend at Mads' house. The last time I spent the night was some time last year. As I pack up my stuff, I'm thinking about what Madison and I can do this weekend when Daequan walks in my room.
"Where are you going?" he asks.
"I'm going to Madison's house. Before you say something, I asked Mom and she is totally fine with it." I say. Quan acts like I am still a little kid. I am 17 and don't act like a little kid.
"I wasn't going to say anything about that. I just want to ask one simple question." he says.
"And that is?"
"Are you going to kiss Madison?" Quan asks. What was he thinking? I do have feelings for Mads but I don't know if she feels the same way.
"Nah, I don't want to do something and hurt her." I tell him. I pick up my pace so he won't ask too many more questions.
"Are you going to at least lead her on?" He asks.
"You ask a lot of questions and yes I will. Now I gotta go." I tell him as I walk out of my room. Older brothers always be in your business especially when it comes to someone you like. I tell my mom bye and text Madison to tell her that I am on my way to her house. When I hop in the car, I think about what gave me the idea to stay at her house. The longest I have stayed there was only for a night. What if I snore or can't sleep? What if I say something embarrassing in my sleep or even worse? I need to calm down and stop thinking about things that have a low chance of happening. I start driving and pull up to Madison's house.

I hear someone knock at the door. I answer it and see Trevor there. He walks in and we walk up to my room. I watch him get settled in. I notice something was different about Trev. He seems quiet and nervous. Could he potentially like me back?
"Why are you nervous?" I ask him when he sits down on the bed. He stiffens up and starts playing with the bracelet on his wrist. He's definitely nervous.
"It just that....it has been a while since I spent the night at som-someone's house. I know we have been friends for the longest time b-but it's still nerve wracking." He says stuttering. This is the side of Trev no one sees. The quiet, nervous boy who overthinks things. This side of him is cute though. I don't know why. He's just adorable this way.
"It's okay Trev. I understand. I won't judge you." I reassure him. I give him time to pull himself together even though he is cute this way. I look in my closet and try to find some pjs to wear tonight. I decided on a hoodie and sweatpants just because it was comfy. When I walk back in my room from my closet, I see that Trev has changed into his pjs. He's wearing his glasses and reading a book. (He wears contacts at school since he thinks it will mess up his good looks.)
"You look cute like this. Why won't you wear your glasses to school?" I ask him.
"The same reason why you won't wear yours" he says laughing.
"Don't give me a bullshit answer." I say while laughing.

I miss relaxing with Mads like this. She is so fun to be around and everything is just so easy around her. As she turns the TV on, I wrap my arm around her shoulders while the other hand was holding on to After, the book I was reading. Mads looked up and smiled at me. She thinks that her glasses make her look ugly but it's the complete opposite. She looks adorable with them.
"I forgot to ask you if you enjoyed the game." I say smiling at her.
"I definitely enjoyed it. You played a pretty good game" she says.
"We did destroy the team, Mads, so I will definitely say that was better than pretty good." I said giggling. She starts laughing along with me. About 30 minutes later, I start to get tired and tell Madison that I'm about to lay down. (Her room has two beds.)
"Goodnight, Trevor." She said as she gets under the covers.
"Goodnight, Mads." I tell her.
