Im gonna miss this

The next morning I woke up with my eyes dried shut and tears dried to my face. I couldn't stop thinking about how he was gonna be gone soon, and how...he kissed me. I wish that kiss could have lasted forever. I don't think he meant it though, I just think he felt bad. I felt my phone buzz.
"Hey al wanna come over?" Reggie said.
"Yup. Be there in an hour bud" I sent back
I got up and I still had Vinnie's hoodie on. So I just put my Nike sweats on with my Jordan's and walked out the door. The Jordan's Vin bought me for my birthday.
  "Hey my love!" Vinnie's mom said to me as I walked in. "Hey Maria." I said back. I headed to Reggies room and hopped onto his bed. We both look at each other and Reggie said, "not to sound like a dick or anything but you look like shit." " Wow... thanks Reg. I just didn't sleep good last night that's all." I said rubbing my eyes. "I gotta use the bathroom." I said.
  I walked out and opened the door to Vins room. He was asleep. I didn't know it was possible to look that good sleeping. I walked over and got under the covers with him. I wait a minute or two and I saw his eyes slowly start to open. "Good morning Vin." I said. "Oh I didn't hear you come in Allie." He said yawning. He put his hand on the back of my thigh and pulled me closer. He wrapped his arms around me and I put my head down on his chest. He smelled so damn good. "Hey al about last night I don't want it to be awkward after that sorry." He said staring at me. "It's fine Vinnie, I mean I kissed you back." I giggled. "He smirked and said, "to be completely honest I've been waiting to do that for a while." "To be honest...me to." I said with an awkward giggle. Vinnie kissed me forehead and played with my hair. "Well Vin I told Reggie I was just gonna go to the bathroom so I better get back." I said as I tried to get up. He grabbed my hand and said, "wanna go on a date tonight." A date. Vinnie just asked me on a date. Holy.Shit. "Sure." I said trying not to show how excited I was. "At seven." He remarked. "Seven. Got it" I said back.
  "Well damn. That was like ten minutes." Reg said. "Haha sorry bud I stopped and talk to your mom." I said "But Reg I need to tell you something. I'm going out with Vinnie tonight." "Going out? Like a date as more then friends?" Reggie said confused. "No no, nothing more then friends. He's leaving soon so I just thought that we could do something special together before he's gone ya know." I said. "Gotcha." Reg said back.
The day flew by. Reg and I just napped and talked all day until it was about 5. "Hey Reg I'm gonna go talk to Vin for a bit then leave. K?" I said "Sure see ya soon al." He said back. I walked into Vinnie's room and I didn't see him anywhere's. "Hello, Vin where are you?"I shouted. "Hey I'm in here." I heard Vinnie say from the bathroom. I walked in his bathroom t hear the shower running. "Oh sorry Vin I'll wait." I said as I reached for the door knob. "No no wait pass me a towel." he said. I closed my eyes and opened the shower door to hand him the towel. "Thanks al." He said. He stepped out of the shower soaking wet. I could definitely get used to this. My mouth was wide up and I couldn't peel my eyes off of him. Vinnie walked towards me and lifted me on to the counter. He came close to me with his face less then a few inches from mine. "You like to stare dont you." He said biting his lip and sliding his hand up my thigh. Ugh I knew he was messing with me and he was so damn good at it. "I mean how couldn't I stare at you. I could stare at you for hours." I said running my hands through his hair. "I could say the same to you." He said get closer to me. Then he just simply just walked into his room. Like no of that just happened. I don't think I could take much more of this teasing. Vinnie was picking out clothes, "so what's up." He said. "Well I was wonder about this date is it fancy? Should I dress nice or what?" I said. Vinnie laughed, "I wouldn't say fancy just dress how you always do just look good. Shouldn't be to hard for you." I laughed. "Well see you at seven Vin." He stopped me and hugged me. "See you at seven." He said back.
I got home showered, brushed my teeth, brushed my hair. I threw on an old t'shirt, a pair of ripped jeans, and my old dirty black converse. Since Vinnie said nothing special I hoped that would be fine. I was so nervous for some reason I don't know why.
It was seven and Vinnie rolled into my drive way. There he was opening the passenger door like always. I loved that. "Thanks Vin." I said blushing. "You look beautiful Allie." He said biting his lip. "Vin don't lie to me. I look like I just woke up." I said with an insecure smile. "Hey hey now I don't lie. I'm a man of my word, and ya you always look beautiful. Always." He said blushing. This all felt so real but at the same time it felt like a dream. I hope he felt the same way I did. We arrived at a skate park. There was no one else there. Vinnie and I skated for an hour. Messing around doing whatever. I couldn't help but notice how he was staring at me the whole time. "You like to stare dont ya?" I said laughing. "How couldn't I." He said back with a laugh. We left and arrived at a little fair. It was so cute. "Vinnie I cant believe you were this creative you really went out of your way." I said staring at him. "I just wanted to night to be memorable. That's all." He said. We hit all the little ride and stupid rigged games. The last one we went on was the Ferris wheel. We got on and he put his arm around me. I rested my head on my should. I felt like I was in a movie or a fairy tail. "Allie I really do love you. You know that right." He questioned me. "Well Vinnie I always hoped so. I love you too." I said looking at him. Then again we kissed. It was quick but it was everything. I wish I could replay that moment again...and again...and again. Then out of no were it started pouring rain. "Ahhh shit." Vinnie said. He took of his hoodie and helped me put it on. He grabbed my hand and we ran to the car as fast as we could.
Once we reached the car we were panting from being out of breath. "Hey, al I have one last surprise for you." Vin said while breathing heavily. He handed me an envelope. Inside was a plane ticket. "A plane ticket?" I questioned "Yea it's a plane ticket to come see me in a month." He said smiling with his hair dripping from the rain. I couldn't help but smiling. "Thank you so much Vin I can't wait."
