The Elemental masters cheered as they destroyed Chen's vehicles so there was no way off the Island. I chuckle to myself and see Lloyd enter from the gates. I jog over to him and say "Hey" as we continue to walk together. "Hey (Y/n)," Lloyd says with a smile, "How's everything going out here?" I shrug, "As good as can be expected, Jay seems to be leading this riot." We both turn to Jay ordering more destruction and the others carrying it out and cheering. We both chuckle. I then spot Kai and the smile fades from my face. "I'm worried about Kai. I know what Skylor means to him." I say with a sigh. "We'll find her. Together. Then everything will be alright." Lloyd says putting a comforting hand on my back. He then realizes what he did and pulls away a bit. "You don't have to act like I'm made of glass. You've seen me battle groups of armed guards, lava blasts, and Karloff when he's angry." I say pointing over to our brutish friend who tosses a bike into the sea. My joke makes Lloyd chuckle before looking at me with a concerned look in his eyes. "You ever going to tell me the full story behind your back?" He asked as we approached Kai and Zane.

"Later." I say with a smile. "Right now we have more pressing matters." Jay and Cole then walk up to us. "The palace and sleeping quarters are all clear. Still no sign of Chen and Clouse." Cole informs us. "What about Skylor?" Kai interjects, obviously concerned. Lloyd puts a hand on his friend's shoulder as he tries to console him. "She wasn't able to pick her family, but she was able to pick her friends. And since you're her friend, that means so are we. We'll find her." Kai definitely looked happier. "He's right," Cole said. "With no other way off the island, it'll only be a matter of time." Garmadon then walks up and says, "I'm proud of you all. You've done what the original Elemental masters never could: stick together. But you must not rest on your laurels, for your guard is down when you sleep."

While the other Elemental Masters were guarding the palace we joined up with Nya who was informing Wu back in Ninjago. She invited us to her mobile base because she wanted to have a celebratory meal, especially since the team is back together. A table full of delicious food filled the metal-clad room. I saw Chen's symbol on a lot of the bowls and plates. I scoff at this and smirk. He stole our powers, now we steal his food. Justice. I chuckle a little at this. "Well? Dig in everyone!" Nya says excitedly. We gladly obliged and began to fill our plates. "Man I love Mister Chen noodles!" Cole says delightedly as he stuffs his face. "Even after Chen held you captive, forced you to make the noodles you love, but not even get a bite?" I ask. "Yup!" Cole says with a gulp. "Makes 'em taste that much better. Forbidden fruit and all." "You're so weird." Kai says jokingly. "Not as weird as your hair," Cole retorts back smugly. "Don't diss the hair, it's got style," Kai said running his fingers through his spiky brown hair. "More like out of style. You've worn that since we were kids!" Nya says joining in on teasing her brother.

"Hey! Why is everyone ganging up on me? I thought we were making fun of Cole." Kai tries defending himself. "YOU were," Lloyd states. "And failing from my observations," Zane says with a smile. "Is there an off switch on you?" Kai asks, a bit annoyed. "Is there one for your mouth?" Jay says. "Now if only there was a switch to shut Jay up. Now that would be something," Cole joked, jabbing his friend sitting next to him. Jay scoffed and the other either laughed or agreed with Cole. The whole scene just made me smile. Lloyd seemed to notice from beside me and nudged me. "What? Do I have something on my face?" I say quietly. "Yeah, you're smiling. I didn't know you could do that for so long. You feeling ok?" Lloyd joked. "Haha very funny. It's just... just really nice," I say nodding towards everyone else. "I haven't had a big family meal in so long. So yeah I'm happy. Sue me." I say with a smirk as I continue with my noodles. Lloyd just chuckles but I catch him staring as I continue to eat.
