"We have to be careful," Phil said.

"I need you to distract them for 5 minutes. Maybe more," Dream said. We nodded and I wrapped Techno's hand.

"Phil and I can get to making potions," Techno said.

"I'll take Dream to the nether house and get us all new armour," I said and we left. We enchanted everything as best as we could and all shoes had feather falling. We went back to the house and Techno was filling his bags with potions. He handed me a few and I took them. We were prepared for that afternoon. The 4 of us snuck into town and went under the community house to get to the dogs. Techno dug through the wall and there were over a hundred wolves waiting for him. We all had them stand and led them out. Dream ran the opposite way to set up some redstone and I turned to Techno. "Be careful, okay?" I whispered.

"You too," he muttered and held my waist. I gave him a kiss and he held on. He let go and walked off with the dogs.

"Please watch over him, Phil," I said.

"I'll do my best with my last canon life," he chuckled.

"About that," I said. I handed him a totem and he held it. "I know."

"Don't die, kid," Phil pet my shoulder. "It would be a shame." He walked after Techno and I found high ground. As soon as I saw the dogs attack, I started shooting people. I couldn't get headshots, but I wounded a ton of them. I got up to the obsidian grid that Dream had made and got better shots from there.

"Hi! Bye!" Dream ran past me. I laughed and looked around. I was hit with an arrow and it just scratched me, but pushed me off the top. I landed fine, but was in the middle of everything.

"Not my girlfriend, you bastard!" Techno killed Jack. He looked at me and I smiled. I got my sword and Fundy ran at me. I blocked him and shoved him back. I hit him in the stomach with the hilt and he groaned, falling. I stepped on his shoulder to hold him down.

"Surrender?" I asked.

"Never," he groaned.

"Okay," I killed him. Techno and Phil spawned withers, so I did as well. They went after the citizens of L'Manberg and it gave us time to meet up. "Dream needs 2 more minutes," I panted.

"It's been over 10," Techno said.

"Just give him time." We did and Jack came back for his stuff. Tommy was fighting me and he was flailing a lot. "Kid, I don't wanna hurt you," I said. "Just give up." I had him down.

"Kill me!" He said.

"Okay," I shrugged and did.

"Ranboo, get out of here! I don't have bad blood with you!" Techno said.

"Oh-Oh! Okay," Ranboo said and ran. "The wither!" He was getting chased. I stopped the wither and turned it around to Quackity. "Tubbo wants to fight. It's his country, Scarra."

"I know. I won't hurt him. I promise. Go. Michael needs one of his dads," I said and he ran. Soon TNT was dropping from the sky. I shot myself up and Dream was fighting Sapnap and a few others. I pushed them off and helped him out. He placed more TNT and looked at me.

"The tree. Cut down the tree," he told me and I went to the L'Mantree. I got my axe and summoned a black mist from the ground. It was absorbed into the axe and with one hard swing, the tree was vaporised. Everyone stopped fighting and that gave the chance for Techno, Phil, and I to run. We got to a safe place and Phil disappeared.

"That's it..." Quackity said. "The tree's gone. There's-There's no more L'Manberg."

"Where's Phil?" I asked Techno.

"I don't know. He was just with us," Techno looked around. Suddenly there was a loud explosion. Not from the TNT Dream was dropping, but from the side of a hill. The hill opened up to reveal Wilbur and Phil. Neither of them looked at any one of us or acknowledged us. With one swing of his sword, Phil took Wilbur's last canon life.

"I'd say that went pretty well," Phil said when Dream, Techno, him, and I went to our place.

"Agreed," Techno said.

"What happened with you and Wilbur?" I asked.

"He pressed a button, there was an explosion, and then he begged me to kill him. As the dad I am, I did what he asked," Phil said.

"Oh, what a great dad," Dream chuckled.

"Hey, Fundy's an orphan," Techno said.

"I killed him once, Techno," I said.

"Same."

"Here," Phil held out my totem.

"Keep it," I said. I cleaned some blood off my hands and felt arms snake around my waist. Techno washed his hands and turned off the water. He looked at us in the mirror and closed his eyes. He walked off and I followed. Dream was gone but not for long. He came back with some info.

"They had a meeting, guys," Dream said. "I have a solution to stop them from doing this, but you'll not like it. They're planning on coming for Techno again." Techno muttered something to himself in piglin and went quiet. "Their law states that they can't legally kill you if you're married." Techno and I looked at each other and he looked away. I took a deep breath and looked down at my lap. "I wish there was another way, okay? But... it's up to you. Phil... We should let them talk it out."

"Yeah," Phil and Dream left us respectfully and Techno set his hand on my thigh.

"We could. We should," he said. "I know what you'll say, Scar. It's too early. But this... this is forced. We don't have a choice. Because if they find me, they find you. If ye don't do this, they'll take one of us, Scarra. Please. Do this for me," Techno said.

"There's no doing this for you or me. It's not a simple, easy thing. It's a life commitment, Technoblade. I know we should do this, but it's not morally right," I said.
