As the two headed straight away to the campground Melissa was unimpressed seen just only one tent there without anybody else. "Wha...?" she was surprised. Justin nodded. "No way! I couldn't-" He cut it out before she bold her every word about deny-deny-deny.
"It is to avoid other people see me. You think we can have a beauty sleep with everyone flashing their cameras, and autographs etc.?" Justin gave a cheeky grin.
"We?" She repeated herself.
"No one would say a "No" for someone like me. So you should be proud of yourself," he denoted, impressively.
"Everyone, but not me," she said firmly.
He arranged the tent a bit and brought a folded mat outside and laid it out of the tent. "I'll sleep here then!" He exclaimed as a perfect gentleman. Melissa did not like that choice either because it seemed to be unfair for him.
"You are gonna sleep there?" She asked, humiliatingly. "Yes, why?" replied Justin. Melissa coughed as a sign of humor before she speaks.
"Actually, I couldn't possibly believe that someone like you is going to sleep outside on the ground," said Melissa while packing her luggage inside.
"Since two can't stay in one camp, this choice is better," Justin answered astutely, and added, "for the record, I don't wanna stay in a camp with someone like you disrupting my honour."
"That is the word you lack the most in your dictionary," she answered with a smile.
Justin did not know what is a girl's precious jewel, albeit seemingly, he will learn what actually honour is as time passes and how important it is for a youngster; especially for a girl.
He observed and commenced learning things he has not received from any other person he has met before. He stood stiff for her touchy phrase as she zipped the tent.
Justin did not understand the reason behind, "why is that?"
Although he did not opened it, but turned to the other side and laid grumpily. Melissa has done it because she wanted to change her shirt. After done, she aroused her backpack in search of something.
Justin heard someone is sobbing tears and it came exactly from the inside of the tent. He got up and meticulously walked slowly. He kept his ear close to the tent to listen carefully. His guess was precise, it was Melissa crying inside.
"Hey... are you alright?" Justin muttered. Melissa quickly wiped her tears and answered back, "ye... yeah!"
"Why is she crying?" Justin thought himself, quite bewildered.
After few minutes she came out wearing a red T-shirt with a Tiffin box in her hand. She silently seated beside him and lent some food. It had chicken and spicy gravy. "My mom made them! We call it chicken curry- my favourite to eat with rice!"
Justin ogled oddly like he has never seen it before. "It's not toxic!" she said smiling. He picked one and put it in to his wide mouth.
