His crystal blue eyes were staring into mine.
A/N I rewrote most of the chapters with more detail. I had taken the story down and redid it. This is the final version i have posted. So please enjoy.

I backed off unsure how she felt. She opened her beautiful e/c eyes and looked into mine, I searched hers hoping for an answer on how she felt.
"Y/N, I'm sorr-" I began but she pulled me back in for another kiss. I kissed her back with as much force as she had. I wrapped my good hand in her hair and my metal one on her waist pulling her closer. The butterflies had disappeared, in this moment I knew she liked me too.
Your POV
Bucky backed away unsure how you felt. You were breathless and filled with a bubbly feeling. You opened your eyes and met his bright blue ones.
"Y/N, I'm sorr-" you pulled him back in for another kiss. He kissed back eagerly, his hand was caught in your hair pulling you closer, he snaked his metal arm around your waist pulling you closer.
You pulled away. "Buck, I like you too" you hugged him laying your head on his chest.
Next thing you knew you heard cheering, the two of you turned and found the team watching, you turned bright red.
"We better get back." Buck grabbed your hand pulling you towards the group who congratulated you on your new relationship.

After a whole bunch of partying it was time to go, Bucky opened the passenger side door of your car for you, he then went around and got behind the steering wheel. He put your car in gear, and drove it into the Quinjet, you cuddled up to him holding his hand. When you arrived at the compound, Bucky drove your car back to it's usual parking spot.
You headed for the car door but he said "let me." He got out walked around the car and opened the door for you. He held at his hand for you to take, which you did. The two of you walked hand and hand back to your room, stopping in front of yours.
"Today has been fun doll, and I am beyond happy that you are my official girlfriend. Shall we do dinner tomorrow night? Just the two of us?" He smiled facing you and twiddling with your fingers.
"It has ben fun and yes we should." His blue eyes sparkled you leaned in and kissed him.
"Get a room!" It was Tony.
Bucky and you laughed and said your goodnights, he started to head to his room, "Buck, cuddles?" You gave him the puppy eyes and stuck your lip out a little.
"Cuddles, but first let me go get a shower," he turned back around and headed to his room, you went into yours getting ready for bed, putting on an old band shirt and sweatpants.
Not long after you finished getting ready Bucky walked in and layed on the bed next to you, cuddling you close and falling asleep with you in his arms, you couldn't help but smile.

The next morning, you awoke to the sun shining brightly through your windows, and a knock at the door.
"Come on in" you shouted.
Bucky walked in carrying a tray. "I brought you breakfast in bed." He placed the tray on the bed, sat down beside you, giving you a quick peck on the cheek. He grabbed one of his 5 plums on the tray and bit into one.
"Bucky Barnes and His Plums. A Romance." You giggled at the thought of the novel you could write on just that, he laughed at it too.
He had brought you pancakes, with syrup and some bacon. You ate and occasionally fed him a piece of bacon or pancake in between kisses.
When the two of you finished you decided to get dressed, you gave him a quick kiss and walked to the dresser grabbing a bra, pair of jeans and a band shirt, heading to the bathroom.
After changing Bucky wasn't in your room, and the tray was missing, you assumed he was in the kitchen cleaning up. He was standing at the sink, rinsing the syrup off the plates, you came up behind him wrapping your arms around his waist.
"So what do you wanna do before our date tonight?" You layed your head on his back, he turned around, wrapping his arms around you, you looked up at him, he gave you a quick peck on the lips.
"Well, I actually am going to spend the day planning our date," he smirks.
"Well darn, I wanted to spend time with you, I guess since I have a few hours I could see if Tony needs any help on his projects. See you tonight James." You give him a quick peck on the lips. You headed to find Tony, he was in his garage working on a classic car.
"She's gorgeous." You stared in awe at the beautiful car.

"I found her in a junk yard. Figured I could fix her up and make her pretty again. So what did you need?" Tony looked up at you.
"Was wondering if you needed any help, Bucky is planning our date tonight so I wanted to see if my big brother needed anything." You said sitting at the open swivel chair at his work bench.
"Well if you want to help me get this bumper on that would be helpful, its freshly polished." You got up and held the bumper up to the car so Tony could bolt it in.
You helped him with all the last minor details and thing the car needed. Hours must have passed cause Nat and Wanda walked in, "Y/N! We have been looking every where for you, what have you been doing, you have less than two hours before your date, we have to get you ready." Wanda spouted, she seemed upset, you looked down at your hands, that were covered in oil, and dirt.
You got up to leave and Tony called, "Hey have fun on your date tonight. Just don't do anything I would do. And definitely don't do anything I wouldn't do."
"Ok Tony" You headed out following the girls up to your bedroom to get ready.
