y/n
"y/n, just go give him the letter, goddamn it," it was currently 1am, 6 hours before taehyung's flight left, as leah yelled at me to go to the airport to give him the letter i wrote him.
"leah, but in his email, he wrote that it was last goodbye, i don't think he wants to see me," i dimmed down.
"literally shut up, he said he loved you like three times, just go give him the letter!" leah was now screaming, but i'd do the same to her if she was in my shoes.
taehyung
no reply. you write a girl a long dramatic confession of love, and what do i get back, no reply. now an hour before my flight, i was waiting in line to check in my bags.
"next up please," the attendant said, engaging small talk to polite, my mind elsewhere on y/n, where she is, what she's thinking, what she's doing, if she's even read the email yet.
"thank you, next" the attendant yelled, bags checked in, i was just about to head to security but that's when...
third person
"taehyung!" he heard a voice yell, his face looked like how little kids do when they hear an ice cream truck bell, for a second, he was considering that he had been hallucinating, but in reality, it was indeed y/n yelling out his name.
as soon as he turned around, she came flying into his arms. "t- taehyung i practically ran here, gimme a second hold on," she said, puffing as she was out of breath from running into his arms from the car,
"your email, it was beautiful, i wrote you a letter in response, here," she handed him the letter, "i love you, so please come back fast, i don't know how long i'll be able to live in london without you." she was beaming from ear to ear just from seeing him smile and his eyes light up, just as she was about to leave the airport to let him catch his flight,
"oh and one more thing," y/n said, before she slid her arms around taehyung's neck and gently pressed her lips against his. as a reflex response, taehyung made himself comfortable with her, he slung his arms around her waist, as he got closer to her, deepening the kiss, neither wanted to part ways. how easy would it be to just stay in that perfect moment. the moment they acknowledged the love between them. isn't it funny how airports are? isn't it funny that airports reignite memories, they have so many tearful goodbyes, and how they form these connections between people?
