Chapter 20 Together

I looked at Carl as my head got light and I felt dizzy. I fell to the ground "Faith!" I heard Carl yell. I saw my dad run towards me.

Carl caught me "Faith, baby are you alright?!" He asked. "Y-yeah I'm fi-" is all I could say before I passed out.

(3 weeks later)

I opened my eyes but my vision was blurry and I had a massive headache.

I looked around the room but nobody was there. As I tried to get up Dad came in the room. "Faith! Your up! You need to rest though!" Dad explained what had happened. I nodded and sat down.

Carl walked in to check on me. I smiled and said "mornin' sunshine!" Dad chuckled and Carl looked at me with wide eyes.

"Faith!!" He exclaimed running over to me and hugging me just a little to tight.

"C-Carl?"

"Yeah?"

"A l-little to tight"

"Oh....sorry" he said blushing.

I kissed him and said. "Go get everyone I have something to tell you guys." Carl nodded and walked out of the room.

We were all crammed in the little cell as I looked around at everyone smiling.

"Okay I just wanted to say......" I started.

"We are gonna beat this world. No matter how hard it is or how long it takes. We will beat it. And we will beat it together......"
