~Euphoria Part 9~

~2:56am Meliodas is chilling on the roof because he can't sleep.~
Meliodas sighs and sits down on the edge of the roof, kicking his legs. He thinks about times that hurt him, he hangs his head low and just waits for the morning sun to rise.
~In Y/n's room~
"Mnh.. Where's Meliodas?" I mumble. I heard creaking upstairs, must be him. I throw my hoodie and shoes on and walk up to the roof. The door opens and I see Meliodas sitting on the edge relaxing. I walk up saying. "Care to tell me why you're awake at this time?" He turns to me with a slight smile. "Nothing much, just couldn't sleep." he turns back while his smile fades away. This look worried me. "Mel? You okay.?" I asked sadly. "I'm perfectly fine Y/n. Don't worry okay?" He said half-assedly. "Mel. What's wrong. Are you SURE you're okay? I'm just worried about you." I say sternly. After a moment of silence I hear a small sob coming from the bed head. I gesture to him to come closer by opening my arms. He leans into my hug and starts crying. "Mel.. What happened bubs?" I questioned. "I-I've just been thinking about things that I did and I feel terrible for." He choked. "What did you do that made you feel like this.?" I ask. "When I was still a mindless demon just working for my father mindlessly. I killed thousands if not MILLIONS of lives without mercy. All those kids, all those families destroyed by me. They could've been alive to this day, but I killed them because I was ordered to. The guilt has been eating me from this inside out and I've been hiding all this from everyone. I'm a horrible person, horrible friend, horrible boy-" I cut him off with

"Shh..It's okay.. Whatever you did, wasn't your fault. You're not a horrible person or friend or boyfriend, Your none of those things okay? I know you feel terrible for taking all those lives.

But you changed yourself for the better, you changed for your friends, for ME. Don't ever say those things about yourself ever." I tighten my grip on him and gently stroke his hair. His tears only flowed more after saying that. His grip on me tightened as well silently begging me to not let him go. After what seemed like forever (20 minutes) of calming him down I started up the convo. "Well, we both can't go back to sleep, how about we do something?" I ask. "To be honest I don't know what to do." He replied softly. I think for a minute and come up with an idea. "How about we dance and sing together?" I proposed.

This made Meliodas perk up almost instantly. "That's- Actually an amazing idea! But what if we wake up the other sins?" He asked nervously. "Don't worry about it so much, if they wake up, that's their problem. Let's just have fun together!" I say happily.

I bring out the magical radio and Star platinum as an amplifier and chorus. I press play on the radio and the perfect song comes on.
