Three months have passed. And no sign of Y/n. Meliodas' depression grew worse. His sadness deepened. He suddenly realizes the damage he did and why they cannot find Y/n. Meliodas broke his spirit. He broke him. Meliodas cries every day and night thinking if things could be different. Thinking if he never said that, none of this would've happened. He sobs himself to sleep and wakes up drained every morning.

The sin's worry only grew when walks downstairs without his usual happy-go-lucky face. Now he just walks downstairs with a dead and blank stare. Not wearing his clothes but Y/ns. Long sleeved sweaters and shorts. Ban talks with him to reassure him, it ends up with Meliodas crying. "I know you miss him Cap'n but don't give up. You're gonna find him soon. Gowther, Escanor and King are out finding him and we're here to make sure you don't break. Don't worry okay.?" Ban says reassuringly while patting Meliodas' head. Meliodas nodded slowly while covering his face with Y/n's clothing while wafting the euphoric smell of his lover. He slowly starts to tear up and cries into the sleeves while clutching them. Ban sighs and scratches his head.
~In the high mountains~ Y/n sighs and walks around looking for food. He could go hunting but then it would be too dangerous. He could barely use Star now. He's glad he can't though because the Sins would find him real quick. He walks into a restaurant and sits down feeling the warmth of the shack. "Can I getcha anything kiddo?" A waiter asks "A glass of water with some bread please." I ask. "Alright will that be all?" "Yeah.. That's all." "You sure? You look a little starved." "Yeah I'm sure." The waiter brought my food and said "That'll be a gold coin please." I hand her the coin and she walks off. I finish the meal and head outside. (Back to third person) Y/n walks outside and looks up at the cloudy sky. What if things were different. What if he never overreacted. Would things still be the same?
He sighs and walks through the cold wondering if he shouldn't have ever killed Ami. He thinks about the happy times with Meliodas. The painful moments. The shared moments filled with love. Y/n hangs his head low and cries a silent stream of tears. The memory of Meliodas' shocked face burns in his memory. His silent cry still flows as he walks along the street.
~Meanwhile with Gowther, Escanor, and King~ "Where do you think He is Gowther?" Escanor asks in his usual calm tone. "I'm searching. We looked all across Britannia. Wherever could he be??" Gowther said worriedly. "I don't know, we looked everywhere. Where else haven't we checked.?" King said sadly. Escanor stopped and looked around and looked up at the mountain. "I think. I know where he is." Escanor calmly. The two sins stop in their tracks and yell in unison. "WHERE?" Escanor points up the mountain. "There. Mt.Lions is where he's possibly at." The sins look at eachother and nod. They start running and flying to Mt.Liones. Y/n's current location. "Gowther, send a spirit note to Ban and Elizabeth." King says while flying. "Consider it done." Gowther replies, he then proceeds to form his hand into a finger gun and shoots a laser across the sky. "Ka-Ping! Spirit note sent!" He shouts happily.
~At the BoarHat.~ The spirit message reaches Elizabeth and Ban. They both looked at each other and nodded. "Cap'n we have reason to believe that Y/n has been possibly located at Mt.Liones" Ban says. Meliodas just nods slowly. Since after the whole event, Meliodas thought it was a good idea to deafen everyone out and just nod slowly. Elizabeth and Ban know this because he just nods and covers himself in the sweater. Ban sighs and continues "King, Escanor, and Gowther are on the search for him, so don't worry they'll find him." Meliodas nods again. Ban opens his mouth to say something but Liz cuts him off, "Sir Meliodas, you have a chance to say you're sorry." Elizabeth bluntly states. Meliodas' world shattered. He looked at her slowly while saying "I.. can say sorry..?" "Yes Sir Meliodas you can say sorry." Elizabeth states again.
