7 : Excitement

One month later

Jimin's Pov :

It's been a month since I have made a new friend and Taehyung being salty about it. He always nags about that I don't hang out with him anymore, I lost my interest in him, and so on so on.

But to be very honest, I was spending my whole time with him last few weeks. Because Yoongi said he has some tests and he will be busy so, I didn't bother him until he comes by himself. Oh, we even exchanged numbers for our last meeting since he always rushes to be on time, I asked for his number. Oh, boy! He was bold and wanted to save his name after typing the number on my phone until I snatched it. I wanted to name him something sweeter than only renaming his name.

"Yah, Jimin. Have ya finished the assignment?" Taehyung asked while writing his assignment as we were at a cafe near our school.

"Uh-huh." I sipped on my drink while re-reading the texts which I have been sending to Yoongi but replied less than expected which is reasonable enough.

"Yah! Stop staring at your phone, your boyfriend won't gonna answer geez!" I unconsciously smiled until I felt a sting on pain on my wrist.

"Ouch.." Taehyung pinched my wrist and had a blank face on.

"What?"

"Stop messaging your boyfriend!"

"I'm not- wait what?" I was shocked by Taehyung's words when I realized what he said.

"Didn't you said your boyfriend has exams?" My face started to heat up and slammed my phone on the table.

"He's! He's not.." I looked away because it's too embarrassing and unexpected.

"He's what?" Taehyung had a smug smile on his face as he teases me.

"He's not. ..his not my boyfriend. .." the last part came out like a whisper.

"What? I can't hear you." I looked up with a beet-red face by now. 

"HE'S NOT MY BOYFRIEND!" I screamed at Taehyung and grabbed enough attention towards us. My wolf ears popped out when I yelled and my face was red like a tomato. Taehyung started to fan me until I calm down and my wolf ears slowly lean back against my hair being embarrassed.

"Dude, you need to control your emotions. You can't just let them pop up anytime." Taehyung points at my ears and tail. I didn't notice that my tail was out too and it was wrapped around my leg.

"I can't control them when I'm stressed. ." Taehyung chuckles.

"I forgot how cute they look, mixed colors of white, grey, and brown. That's so cute~" Taehyung cooes at my current looks as I try to avoid him.

"They are gonna stay all day..this is going to be tiresome," I mumbled to myself before burying my face into the books.

The whole day was tiring and now, I'm bored as hell. Like no one is here at the shop and I can't go to my room until keep the store open for at least an hour, my parents went to my grandma's and now, I really wanna hide and sleep.

I was bored so I decided to grab my phone to call Yoongi. It's already afternoon so he might be free by now.  But my mind was stopping me because he might be exhausted too.

"Yoongi was a great company to keep at the store." I pout but called him anyway. Suddenly, I heard a familiar sound and my ears perked up. I blinked a few times until I heard my call got accepted.

'There was no need to call.' The curtain got swiped as Yoongi smiled while walking in.

"You are here.." I asked, still keeping the phone against my ear. Yoongi nods as he slowly removes his phone from his ear and ends the call. With joy, my tail started to wiggle side to side.

"I thought you might be busy!" I yelled in joy but Yoongi chuckled before walking to the counter and leaned onto the desk.

"I was but then I thoughts it's been a while so, here I am." He looked at my pointed ears and I got embarrassed, so I tried to hide them.

"Your ears are up. What's the occasion?" He asked being a little surprised.

"No-Nothing...I was asked a little angry." Yoongi giggled at this point.

"Don't hide them, they look pretty on you." With that praise, my tail stood up and started to wiggle slowly to get more praise.

"Oh, your tail is out too." Yoongi notices my tail and my face gets red by that.

"Cute." He finishes as he smiled at the end.

"What brings you here?" I asked after gathering my ability to talk.

"I thought you might be bored. That's why I came to offer you for a walk." By now I got more excited and my tail, oh lord ...it started to wiggle like crazy.

"Well, someone is excited. I'll wait outside." Yoongi said before leaving with a smile on his face. When he was out of sight, I buried my face in my hands and squealed.

"Gosh, that was embarrassing. .."

Yoongi's pov :

While waiting for Jimin, I started to think about him for the time being. He's so adorable and cute whoever his mate is ..he/she will be lucky to have him in their lives.

It also makes me sad just to think that I can't ask him to be my mate because that's not how it works for us. We are already tied with someone after we were born and running away from that bond ain't that easy. In the human race, they can have multiple partners in their lifetime but for us, we gave one partner to share our whole life. It is a little unfair but trusts me, humans can't have the bond that we have in us.  It's nearly unbreakable until one of them dies.

While thinking about death and bond, I felt a small tap on my arm. It broke my thoughts and my eyes drifted to the one who I was waiting for.

"What were you thinking? It looked serious." Jimin smiled and I noticed that he wore a beanie, maybe to hide his ears.

"Why are you wearing that?" I asked while being a little annoyed by that cover he put on his beautiful ears.

"I don't like showing my ears in public. " He hesitated to answer but I shrugged it off because I don't wanna upset the omega.

"Let's go!" His tail was out, wiggling while being excited, maybe he doesn't know how to cover his tail. I gave a simple nod and we started to walk.

"So, your ears and tail appear randomly?" I asked, a little confused about his ears.

"They appear only when I get overwhelmed," Jimin answered while swirling around.

"You need to control your emotions if you don't want them to be seen." Jimin stops and pouts.

"I'm trying. It's hard sometimes." I can't stop myself from awe on that.

"What about you? When yours appears?"He asked being bubbly again.

"When I get mad. It sometimes appears without my notice. But mostly when  I get angry like really angry." Jimin gasps by that but nods anyway.

"What's the color?" He asked again, eyes sparkling like a kid.

"Black. Grayish black." Jimin squeals but covers his mouth quickly.

"Sorry...it's just I never seen someone with that color yet. My friend is a beta so he's orange and brownish."I chuckled and stepped closer to Jimin.

"By the way, white suits you better." Jimin's face turned red as he's stepped back while covering his face.

"Cute."
