This is a different world

Part 7

I ran up to the first infected i saw and smashed its head in. I started thrashing everything around me but as I got rid of an infected another one popped up. Jake came up out of knowhere and started helping me, I would say we probably killed about six but they were strong.

*after the zombie thrashing*

I fell backwards landing on my back in exhaustion and everything went black.

WOW. That was crazy. "Where the heck is my brother" I screamed running a hand through my knotted hair. "Hes right there" Laura said pointing to a corner in the room. I seen my brother all huddled up into a tiny ball whimpering. "Louis " I said. He started to growl and I was shocked. This wasnt my brother. He pounced at me and pushed me into a wall. He looked me straight in the eye. This wasnt him, he had dark brown eyes with red specs. I began  to cry because I was so scared, I had never seen him like this before. "Jade" he said as his eyes softened and changed back to his light blue eyes. "I-I am s-so sorry Jade I dont know what got over me" He said looking down. He dropped me slowly and I stood up quickly running over to Jake and Laura who were frozen in shock. I stood up straight and looked at my brother, he was looking down at the ground. "Louis, what are you" I said backing away slowly. "I dont know Jade cant you SEE that" he practically shouted at me, I flinched backwards. Damn. I shook Jake and Laura out of there transe. "We umm better be going" said Jake scratching the back of his neck nervously. "Your not going anywhere with MY sister" he said growly again but showing large pointy canines. What was he was he a wolf or something? haha. But he did remember me. "Im sorry but she looks terrified to be around you so we ARE going" Jake said pulling my arm towards him. "NO shes my sister" Louis said pulling my other arm. "Well I love her" Jake screamed into Louis face.

I woke up sweating with my brother shaking me crazily. "Damn why cant you wake up" he started shaking me more until I stopped him by pushing my hands into his stomach. "Im awake, wow" I said looking at him, he looked normal now. He grabbed me into a bear hug and started kissing me. "I thought you were dead" he said suppressing a sad smile. "Well you were wrong coz' im alive" I said laughing. It was all perfect until I heard moaning. I jumped up quickly grabbing the closest weapon on the ground which was a knife. Meh. I seen an infected a the next aisle and ran up to an  infected and stabbed it into its head and the brain splattered all over  my t-shirt. "We have to block this place up now if you all dont want to die" I said running over to a hardwaere place and grabbing metal bars.

*a week later*

We were done blocking every nook and cranny in this place and I was sitting down in a hammock munching on a cereal bar. We were running out of food and our water supply wasnt going very good either. I was planning on heading out with Jake or Louis because Laura was recked and I wasnt going to break her scilence. I got up and went to grab a backpack and found a green one lying beside me. I was just about to pick it up when Jake stumbled in with weapons and food. He looked at me embarrassed and put the stuff down. "I seen your plans and I want to go with you too" he smilesheepishly and walked to me. "Well umm yeah sure why not" I whispered shrugging my shoulders. "ok we'll go tomorrow its dark out now"  he whispered to me. "yeah cant wait" I smiled.

Sorry that its soooo short butt ill try and make a long chapter next time.
