Part 3

Jades POV

The hand that grabbed me pulled me into a shop and threw me to the ground. " What, What the heck" I stuttered getting up but being pushed back onto the ground again. "Are you ok did you get bitten" said a deep voice and I instantly knew who it was. "Jake what the fuck, you scared the shit outa me" I said dissapointed in my best friend. He burst out laughing and fell over a chair landing on his backside with a grinn slapped on his face "I totally got you, haha" But then I thought about that girl I saw. "come on, help me get over to that car, oh and kill some infected on the way" I said casually. "ok but we have to stick together" He said to me and I nodded my head in approval. We snook out of the shop and headed to where the car was. I seen my bat and picked it up off of the ground and held it tightly in my hands. Jake somehow had a knife, that i think he got from the shop. I was about to shout 'hey losers' again but Jake put his big hand over my mouth. I pulled his hand off my mouth and gave him a stern look, he just smirked. We got close to the car and I saw that three of the infected were gone so we only had one each to kill. I went for a smaller infected and smacked my bat across its head until the brain splattered all over my shirt and face. Jake was using his knife to jab the infected in the head but he missed and the infected grabbed his arm. I ran over and wallaped my bat right down on the infected arm. The infected looked at me and tilted its head in confusion, so i got my bat and crashed it down on the infected head and it fell to the ground lifeless. I grabbed the handle of the door on the car and yanked it open.

The girl was huddled in the corner of the car and was crying. I put my hand on her shoulder and gave it a little shake. She jumped away from me and screamed until she noticed I wasnt an infected. I gave her a smile and she jumped at me I thought she was an infected until she sqeezed me in a hug. "thak you so much for saving me" she said "come on lets head to my house and crash out there" I said getting her hands off me. I started walking towards my house with Jake and the girl by my side. I dont know her name, I have to ask her when get to my house. We arrived at my house and slowly crept in. I went into the kitchen and asked her her name "hey sorry to ask but whats your name" she took a glance at me "my names Laura" she said cracking a sad smile. I opened the fridge and took out some food and handed it to the two of them. I had an apple and both Jake and Laura had other fruit. Jake flung his fruit piece into the bin when he was done  so did Laura and I. "So whats next" Jake said "I dont know I guess its another day in this different world" I said cracking a smile.

Sorry bout the changes of names, I didnt think adeoluwa suited any of one direction. So jake is niall by the way haha.
